22 got the HG, 6 baptized, 28k raised for missions.   Awesome.

Got home to a bazillion cop cars. Our neighbor's son shot imself on the back porch last night.  We heard nothing. Windows open, up late, & not sure how we didn't hear that, ever connect to him, or help or notice or witness. I'm bawling.

Today is bittersweet.

Picked more tomatoes....300 or 400 pounds it seemed....and the picked a 5 gallon bucket of green beans. 

Canned a canning of whole tomatoes just now.

Wowser. Seth, you are much more a farmer than I had thought. How big a garden do you have?

And in sharing- it is raining here. I am not complaining, we've needed it, but man it has been coming down last night and this morning. Made for a slow slippery drive in........

I mean is this a typical year, or abundant?  We are suffering drought, so all gardens and crops have suffered and/or died.

I've not had a garden for several years.  But it is doing good.  And it's a draught here too.  Chicken poop, water, and prayers have seen me through.   :P
