Texas is big and he had to be back at w*rk tomorrow. He didn't have time to go very far into Texas. That would have taken three days, one way.

It is hot this week but I'm not complaining. That one year we were breaking 100* in May.
I'm thankful for air conditioning and electricity.

Morning all. Typical day. Much work, bible study afterwards. I'm of mixed emotions today. I love bible study night- truly enjoy it. But- Got a bible study that I wanna teach but it's really not complete yet. Not sure what I will teach tonight...

Movers are here packing. They come back in AM to load. And then deliver Friday.
I'm off Thurs and Fri so won't be around much. Hope everyone stays cool. The heat is wild.

Landed a new client yesterday and have two more interested in hiring me in early July. Pivots are funny. Sometimes it's like beating your head against a wall, and then sometimes God flings doors wide open and it feels really solid walking through them.

Kids are at VBS today (not our church, I'm a free-loader who just wanted 3 hours in a coffee shop to myself).  :lol:

I have clients now for CVS. I work on the PBM (pharmacy benefit manager) side. I have 13 clients. lol

Well.... we're in new house. But no furniture or stuff. It got moved to Monday.  :noo:  :noo:
SIGH. I didnt pack enough clothes thru Monday. LOL so I got nothing to do. Nothing to sit on except the mattress or the floor. Hubbs has a hotel, but I don't wanna leave kitties alone. And he's at work anyway.

But the internet just got turned on. That's what I'm testing now was seeing if it worked! lol

I call my folks "clients" too. Difference is, if my client annoys me too much, I can lock him up. Don't you wish you had that option? :laughhard:

Meh. You didn't miss much. I haven't really talked about it outside of the business groups I'm in. :) I'm doing Pinterest account management for service providers. I've only been doing it a few months, but apparently I'm amazing at it, because their numbers are climbing substantially. Lol.

Roscoe - I mean, I could kind of lock them up if I lock them out of their own Pinterest account.  :lol:

:hi: Tremendous move of God today. Really have enjoyed Mini and Kim ministering the past three Sundays. They really helped our church. Feel good things ahead!
And in sharing- old age caught me Saturday. Pulled a muscle in my back simply reaching for a bowl in the cabinet. :lol:
 Been spending much of my tiny amount of "spare" time working on the apartment. At the hanging sheetrock portion...

All our stuff is here. I've gone thru a LOT of boxes. Kitchen is about 90% done. Our closet is about 90% done.
Office desk is all set back up for work. Not that the internet is working!!! (using work hotspot for now). Internet guy comes today 12-2. Sigh. I don't have much of a linen closet here. There is a "hall" closet, but there are no shelves!! So trying to improvise a solution.

I'm tired of unpacking. But I'm also so tired of the mess LOL and it's only been 2 days.
It is SO hot out though. I went to see a new doctor cus I'm out of BP medicine and old dr wont give cus I need to see her and wellppp I'm too far now. Went to see a new eye dr cus I need contacts. Don't even get me started on all of the accounts I have that need to be updated to the new address. I did the important ones like Amazon LOL

So excited to have tomorrow off though!

Quick nerd question: Why don't you just use your phone to hotspot? I don't even have a "home internet" any more. I just use my phone for everything.

Urgh. Just got up. Lou has gone to Branson with a friend. Kids at the aunts. Me and the dogs are alone on a beautiful hot day, I likely will do nothing today.
