I'd be open to these areas. Definitely Irving - that's where I work now.

Please keep my Dad in prayer. Still very sick and still no answers. They will attempt the main test he needs done again tomorrow. So far they haven't been able to do it for various reasons.

Welllll, it kinda is. Some departments aren't allowed to say what city we're located in.

I'll say this - we just got a few awards for being the best TPA in the U.S. and we've purchased a lot of other TPAs recently.

So you work for the Toilet Paper Association.

And yes, FuzzyWuzzy you deserve the old biddie comment.  :P

And in sharing- lands my job got interesting....The Republican party took majority of the Arkansas Senate and House, House by just a few votes.Today they voted in House Speaker, which turned into a battle between three factions. Now half the legislaters are ticked....

And a question- do any of you baking gurus know of a good sugar substitute I can use in baking? I've a couple of very dear friends that are diabetic, and I'd like to modify the cinnamon roll recipe for them, if possible.

are you wanting REAL food or chemical stuff?

coconut sugar which doesn't taste like coconut, stevia I think has a cup for cup mix, requires an extra pinch of salt.  If you are talking for the bread, those would work.  If you are talking for the cinnamon sugar layer, pureed dates work awesome.  Sounds crazy but they taste like brown sugar.

I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

Sounds like your job, which I hear is not a physical job, might be about to get more physical...

God is blessing us!!

I'm receiving 4 awesome used tires and an alinement on my SUV Saturday morning from pretty much a stranger. He's a gentleman who works with a couple people I go to church with.

Brandon only paid $1000 for the Prelude. It's in terrible condition with 350k+ on it. Only books at $800. Insurance totaled the car and they are giving us $1200 for it and allowing us to keep it!!

Work early tomorrow then off to a wedding! Hope everyone has a great night!!
Keep it simple. Just love Jesus. -Sister Ali

Kkay - any openings in Oregon?

Got a TON of stuff done today. Thanks to my hubby helping out so much. The Little Man and I went through his closet and dresser and cleared all the clothes he's grown out of (that would be most of them), and went through two huge bags of hand-me-downs to find some things that will fit him for the winter. Uhh, or the next two weeks, maybe, at the rate he's growing. ;) Also worked on a quilt that may end up being a Christmas present. It's t-shirt fabric on one side (in greens and browns), and denim on the other side. I have both pieces done, so now I just have to put them together with some batting in between. Pretty happy with how it's coming together so far. :)

Heather - Yay for God handing out blessings! :)

I just did that for Andrew, Ruby.  What size is your little guy getting into?

SippinTea

Well, the hand-me-downs that we were given will give him quite a bit of grow room. Most of the shirts were men's small - and he's SO skinny that some of them really are too big. But he's outgrown pretty much everything this year. At least he won't be running around naked. ;) The pants... well, the skinny factor is an issue here, too. Size 12 pants are getting pretty short on him, but size 14 pants are big in the waist. So we're going with 14, and he'll just have to cinch them in with a belt I guess.

:o Little Bean is apparently doing somersaults. I can REALLY feel him/her tonight. So far, there've only been a few times I went "hmm... wonder if that was baby moving around", but tonight there's no mistaking it. SO COOL!!!

 for baby somersaults!  And car blessings!

Well, I think the smallest things I have are boys 16 polos.  I'll check again.  Does he like suits?  I'll have to check the size again but Andrew outgrew a really nice 3pc black pinstriped suit before he got much use out of it and it's adjustable waist.

Andrew had a school choir concert.  It was pretty humorous when the boys sang their part, it sounded like all their voices were changing right that moment.  Those kids are squirrely too!  It seemed to me that by 8th grade, we had it together a bit better when it came to school concert time.  I don't know, maybe we were squirrely too.  My son looked all cute and stuff. ♥

Howdy.
