Yeah, our company is continuously growing so it's a good thing. If anyone wants a job, let me know :)

MsJennJenn

Well I could be interested, but I'm not sure for which. This is why company name would help. So "I" can go to the website and look all of these up to read descriptions.  :thumbsup2:

I'm not sure that we have a website that has the job postings. I know we have an *internal* one. I'll try to send you the link and see if you can view them.

Also, just let me know if something strikes your interest and I'll give you more info.

Look, now you've got her wanting that $500.

Chseeads

Greaaaaaaaaaaaaat.  Sitting here eating bacon and an omlette and something got really hard and crunchy.....though, was there a little piece of bone in that?  Um...no....The side of my tooth just broke off.

MelodyB

Old and decrepit. I told ya.

I got up and dressed and went to prayer this morning. Came back, and layed back down. Usually I'll be just drifting off and dad will be in there hollering he wants to go here or there...but today! I woke up on my own at 9:30! Yay! And both mom and dad are sleeping still! Small miracles!

Hopefully today will be a stay at home day. We could use one of those. I need to do laundry, clean the kitchen and other various things.

:)
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

:p Everyone wants $500! Actually, each person gets $500 if the person stays 6 months, so it's not just me :hypocrite:

Let's see... kkay's place of employment is secretive, growing, pays its employees to pass qualification tests and it works with insurance stuff.

You work for Google, Insurance Division?
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

kkay

Nahhh. I wish! I'd probably get paid more than I do now :p

Jenn knows :hypocrite:

Yeah yeah. But seriously, I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. They really show you that they value every employee.

Anyway, I'm thinking Taco Bell for lunch. I've already eaten sooooo much today but I'm not really full.

She's like you, Weird Cat.
Au contraire Cheesy, she is not like me.  I may not like to give out personal information online, but I don't drop hints about it.

EDIT:  At least not intentionally... I swear I didn't even notice the details in that photo that Kmymbir used to deduce I am not black.   :biglaugh:

I just don't like giving out much about where I work because the location I work at is very secretive. We have people who threaten to come here and hurt people. Just the nature of the business, I guess. *shrug*

Lynx

kkay:  I know, I wasn't directing that at you.  Chseeads was just picking on me, and I was retorting in kind.

And we really do understand why you can't tell where you work.  But with all you said about it, the Google comment was just too good to pass up.  It sounds exactly like what Google would do if they decided to get in that business.   :biglaugh:

I know :)

Like I said, if anyone wants more info I can send it through pm. No issues with that.

Annnnyway. I'm studying for my next test. I'm hoping to get at least some of my "rewards" by the end of the month 'cause we're going out of state a couple times in December. It'd be nice to have a little extra to take with us.

 :offtopic:

I bought a new watch last week, and needed to get the band adjusted a little more.  Also needed to get my old watch band fixed, so a lunch time trip was in order.

I take it to a local store, and the lady says sure, no problem.  And while she works, I wander the store.  Twice.  She gets done and as I am walking to the door, she says "Say hi to Cleopatra."

I stop.

I look back at the lady like she is crazy.

She says "Shes in the window."

I look at the window and HOLY COW.  There was a HUGE iguana!  I nearly choked.  I am not afraid of the critters, but I have never seen one out on their own.  It was probably 3 feet long, and enjoying this sunny weather.  I petted the said critter, made small talk about the said critter, and went on my way.

But if that thing had moved in one of the 4 times I walked by it I would have smooth come unglued.  You know what they say about a bull in a china shop?  Imagine a mini in a jewelry store, at full speed and screaming like a girl.  Never saw it till she mentioned it.

I now have heebee jeebees about iguanas.

kkay:  Yeah, for real.  This December is going to be slightly lean here too.  I'm trying to be conservative with spending so it won't pinch quite so bad when the pinch does get here.

Mini:  I hear you.  There's just something... unnatural about reptiles.

Jenn for new CEO of PETA!

Things might be a little slim here too toward the end of the year. Luckily I'll be at mom's for about a week so I won't have to spend all that much money. Just enough to go out to eat with people once or twice and pay for gas.

Lynx

Speaking of saving money, I think I'm going to have to start paying my bills online with a credit card like normal people do these days.  It would save me money.  See, whenever I go pay the electric bill I have to stop by this really good mexican restaurant (the one I mentioned before, where they make their own flan instead of getting it from a factory.)  So yeah... paying online would save money.

That was hilarious! Went for a brief ride in Rusty with Chey, who's out of school for a teacher conference day. Put vegetable beef soup in the crockpot, dough rising for rolls....this bread thing has became an obsession with me. Done a little work outside, kinda alternating between a ton of chores....

That can quickly become the norm...I was one who swore I'd never pay anything online, I'd ALWAYS send it by mail....One time that the postoffice was closed and had removed their stamp machines led me to try online payments...now, I pay everything online.

The Purple Fuzzy

This guy that used to be from Cuba made flan for the dessert contest.  It's too much like egg custard for my taste.

Off work early to attend a wedding at church this evening. Ran into Sis Ketron at the thrift store. We have an excellent one in town. I bought 5 pieces of clothing [all named brand] for 21.40. I couldn't have even gotten 1 of them new for that. I bought a Banana Republic blazer from their the other day for $5. [Brandon's VERY glad I'm a bargain shopper].

I don't think things will be too slim around here. But then again with renovating the house we've decided to only buy 1 thing for each other then all extra goes to the house. I'm buying Brandon a drill. The only one we have is corded and it gets old dragging the extension cord around. Anyone have a suggestion on a good brand for one?
