checking in!

Just got a call that I'm being blessed with 4 [new to me] tires this weekend. They aren't even to half of their tread life yet. Thank ya Jesus!

Church sunday morning didn't work out. We ended up with Leighann til late sunday. But Brandon is already on it that we can't miss tomorrow

Seth I have had Progressive for years and like it, despite the really stupid commercials.  $37 a month for my minivan.

We use StateFarm insurance.  They are fantastic, we've had them for um... 14yrs?  I think we have them for both auto and renters insurance.

Chseeads

State Farm beat All State by $232, but Progressive beat State Farm by $139, on an apples to apples comparison.  And by $61 still with upping my coverage some.

Melody

Well there ya go. Sounds like you have a winner!  Is there any downside with them?

Going to Tulsa for Thanksgiving.  Trying to think of what to bring.  I was told to just bring AE products and ourselves but I cannot do that.  So, we'll see what can be come up with.

Lynx

Oooh, don't say State Farm in this house.  Grandma is still sore about them.  It's just the local agent though, not a problem with the nationwide business.

Good morning.  :waving: I went to bed at 8 pm and slept all night. Only problem was waking up unable to breath...lord, I. HATE.THIS.WEATHER.  Either hot, or cold, at this point it matters not, but for God's sake make up your mind and let me get adjusted to it. I'm tired of hacking and weezing.  :pound:

I am back at work. I feel somewhat like Seth or ol Ebeneezer, who I see has made his annual return...basically, I feel like a grump. We picked up Lou's car last night- easiest mechanic work I've ever done. Drove it up there handed them the keys, came back and picked it up. I like that. I'd make a good rich man.  :P

And I have our insurance with Traveller's. They've been good to me thus far and their rates aren't bad, considering I have to have full coverage on Lou's Caddy and my Canyon. My local agent is someone I went to school with and who was my next door neighbour for years, so if I have a problem, she'll jump down their throats 'til it's fixed. It's nice to be loved.  :biglaugh:

And all this talk about insurance has got me to thinking about checking on mine.  We use GuideOne.

6 of one, half a dozen of the other....  Like anything else in the world, I'm sure some people hate them, and some people love them.

I hope to never need their services.

Yes!!  Nathan was just asking me if it was too late to see if you all had plans with it being the holiday and all?  We would LOVE that!  Name the time and place.  We'll be there.  :thumbsup2:

Andrew is now 5'10" and this year he wants a suit for Christmas.  He hasn't had one for a few years for obvious reasons.  Right now though K&G is having "Buy one suit, get 2 FREE" and we are going to get him one.  The challenge will be getting his size cause he's still skinny as a rail.  His pants sz is 30/34.  Luckily though!  They tailor them there for $7 so I think we're just going to buy it and take it back to be tailored later.  What's awesome is that Nathan's big and tall sz is there so he's going to get 2 suits which he badly needs and also have it tailored.  He has to buy the pants unhemmed.

There are two stores in my area but the website is: http://www.kgstores.com/shop/Home_11153_10053_-1_N_

I thought I'd post it in case anyone wants to take advantage of it/ Christmas present.

I used to have Allstate...and Progressive...then switched to Geico when Progressive wanted to increase my premium by about $300. Geico is pretty decent. Haven't had to actually *use* their services yet though :)

Found out I can take at least 1 test by the end of this year. It'll get me $100. It's not $1,000 like the other, but it'll do for now.

Chseeads

I've had Farm Bureau, Esurance, Geico, All State.....I can't remember if I've had others or not.  At least those.

Speaking of time off, I am going to have an abundance of it here in a while.  We have a whole week off for Thanksgiving, and two weeks off for Christmas.  Anyone want to drop by?

Why don't YOU go somewhere instead of people coming there?

Seth could always use the help on the farm.

Because I don't want to sound like I'm inviting myself over... which I essentially would be doing.
