I need some whiskey.

I'll send my dog but I'm not sure if she'll help your anxiety. She's a bit of a nervous wreck herself

Was sick all weekend with the crud. Haven't killed anyone at work. And yes that's an accomplishment.

Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

Misery loves company.  We might hit it off smashingly well.

Ditto.  Tonight was really hectic at work.  And after third break I come back to find the person who was (in theory) doing my job while I was on break was in reality just stacking the parts on the table.  No part numbers, a whole big whopping three braze knots ground off... I really hope he at least leak-checked them.  It took me a flat half hour working full blast just to catch up.  The boss asked me what DID he do?  I said um... keep the parts from falling off the end of the line?

I'm out and about, pushing dad around on his new wheels. We've had breakfast, now sitting at Wound Care waiting for his appointment. Then bank, bill paying, and a trip to WM before we head home. It's nice to be out with him again. :)

Oh no - there isn't any denial here. I have plenty others to take care of. I don't have time to take care of Seth...especially when he has THREE other women to watch over him.

GF mac and cheese... YES!

Andrew is out mowing the yard and I'm going to do some baking today.  My poor family has just been having the same 1 egg, 1 toast, handful worth of fruit or juice every morning.  When I make bacon or sausage the kids get some the first day and then the rest is for Nathan throughout the week.  So I need to mix things up and make some muffins and smoothies.  Possibly some small pancakes that can be popped in the toaster to reheat also.

All the eggs these things take, we may have to move next to Seth for a discount...

Service was pretty great last night.  I wore my hair down just so I wouldn't have to lose pins.  It was the 4th service, the only one I didn't have to praise sing for and I wasn't going to waste it!  LOL  The youth did the worship service.  Michael Easter had us all literally LOL.  My pastor was cracking UP!  I loved it.  I'm so blessed that we get to hear awesome preaching every week.  There's not a once where my pastor doesn't bring it.  And he preaches with depth.  But I thoroughly enjoyed the classic stuff M.Easter preached!  I never get tired of the fundamental truths.  The blood never loses it's power.

One of the neat things he said was that trangressions are sins outside the body and iniquities are sins inside our body.  That scripture: He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities.. shows how the wounds: draws blood outside the body, and bruises: draws blood inside the body.  God covered it ALL.  I love it!  It's like we KNOW stuff, but oh how I love learning more depth to a truth I already know.  It drives it that much deeper.  The Word is thorough!

This is totally unspiritual...

I was on the way to work this morning, and was listening to the radio.  A Coke-a-Cola advertisement came on, featuring a young man talking about helping mom with dinner.   He said a line that nearly made me drive off the road.  It was something along these lines:

"Mom invited me over for dinner, so I brought some Coke..."

I thought 1) Mom must be a REAAAAAALY bad cook to cause you to do drugs before you eat, and 2) I am thankful that my mom doesn't cook like that.
