When in doubt follow the steps below

1. Approach face in question
2. Lean in and kiss lips on face in question
3. Be sure your eyes are closed (yes I understand if he's really cute you might not want to but just close them for now anyway)
4. Note feeling on own cheeks and chin as the kiss evolves
If feeling is soft and smooth open eyes immediately to make sure it is indeed a male you are kissing!!!
If feeling is prickly, scratchy and a little rough - he's scruffy and you should stop kissing him immediately and send him to me for further testing 
If feeling is soft, fuzzy and furry - he is in beard territory and needs to shave immediately and then wait a day or two before repeating the scruff test steps

5. Try other kissing techniques and have fun!  Errrr I mean stop kissing now and thank the specimen for his participation

Nope, I did not do any scruff tests while on my tour

and now that I have a rather goodlooking blue-eyed 'specialman' delivering me flowers, compliments and exclusive scruff access.... well I dunno if I'll have the time or inclination to test other specimens... might have to recruit some other ladies to take over that task for a bit while I devote my time to running this one through the extended testing program

Usually I rather do the "pIckin" on .....though depending on who it is, I *might* consider a "pEck" to be appropriate
