Worse news - in five years they will find out it's one of the many, many, many things that they think might cause cancer.  Maybe.  Well probably not, but just to be on the safe side...

Bad news - all that exercise makes them more hungry, but they haven't learned to eat healthy stuff so they all hit the fast food factories, which totally undoes all the healthy bike riding.

Worse news - The government has found a way to tax how many miles you ride on your bike, and are charging you by the calorie!
