sorry i haven't been around much for quite a while..... just busy with this and that..... i miss you all though, and think of you often 
currently working on making doll outfits for the girls for christmas.  they're getting customized My Twinn dolls!

thank you so much!  i have done a LOT of sewing.... baby clothes, kids' clothes, pageant wear (for little girls), weddings, etc.   this was my first shot at doll clothes though, and i had to adjust an 18" doll pattern to fit a 23" doll    the hardest part was expanding & re-drawing the pattern.  once that was done, it came together really quick & easy

you must mean the costumes for jolie's school play/pageant...... thankfully, yes!  
by "pageant wear" i meant like the stuff they wear in little girls' beauty pageants... i haven't sewn for one of those in several years.

you choose the eye color, hair color, hair style, and skin tone.  then you upload (or mail) a photo for the doll artists to choose the face shape, and hand paint any birthmarks or freckles and such.  they're pretty expensive, but that's all the girls are getting this year.  they've been begging for them for 2-3 years!

my mom collects porcelain dolls, and she sent in a baby pic of abigail to Marie Osmond.  they made an abigail baby that does resemble her, but we never got anything saying that a doll was specifically made after her.

sorry i haven't been in here much today. Got done with the rest of my exams today at one, and just have been looking back on the past couple of months and wondering where it has gone. It has gone by so fast and if you think about it i am 1/4 of my way done with my AA. It has been a little sad today cause some friends had decided to take a different road in life which is leading them away from here, so had to say a few goodbyes. An when i think about it i get a little sad but you know the thing that cheers me up is thinking and knowing i get to go to Florida for a bit... Thats the only thing keeping me from being a little depressed right now. Just know i can't wait to be in Florida as much as i hate it, the only reason is the people there cause it sure ain't the state that i like. Still right now i am unsure when i will be in Florida but just know it is some time soon.

Between the layers is a pumpkin filling consisting of Pumpkin, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip.

Thats caramel drizzled on the top and over the sides.

One of my favorite little buddies had a seizure a little while ago, and is currently in the ER having tests run on him. He's ten yrs old, and the medical folks are saying he has a heart murmur, and that it's somehow related to the seizure. Please, please pray for little Dahnte. He's one of my special buddies.

Daddy is up at the hospital right now with his parents, and I'll post an update as soon as I know anything.

Daddy just got back and says the med people think it's stress-related. *sigh* If anyone has a claim to stress it would be little Dahnte. They don't seem to have any comment on the heart murmur though... don't seem to think it's anything bad enough to worry about.

You know the reason why Melody thinks your silly is because she has never been where it snows to feel what you are feeling... An then we can make fun of her.
