Roscoe is threatening me!

He tried to put me against you and interrogate you for him!

I refused. I won't jeopardize our friendship that way!
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

Gasp! Such scurrilous statements! I, personally, am shocked and offended at the defamation of my sterling character.  :noo:
And now you've joined her. Ya wanna be such close friends, you'll suffer together. Snitch. BwaaaaHaaaa!

I have proof. :up2:

All I have to do is take a screen shot of our text conversation...

I simply asked for a little assistance in a law enforcement matter.  :hypocrite: As usual, I am innocent, and y'all are ganging up on me.  :hypocrite:

Worked on cleaning the chicken house all day....lands...still have to spray it down and "refurnish" it, ran out of time.  Blah.

Weird Cat, in all your annals of music, do you know of any groups that recorded "I Found It" - He's my Lighthouse in the midnight, my Shelter from the storm, my Guide o'er rocky mountains, my Rest when I am worn.....?

Didn't make it to church. My driveway wouldn't allow it.

Work wasn't too atrocious. Of course if the Mayans were right I don't have to have another Monday again  :thumbsup2:

With the upcoming holiday I have somehow ended up with a 4 day weekend. Woot!

Come to find out a friend of mine from church works out at the same gym. We're gonna try to start working out together a few times a week.

I'm giggling at the pumpkin/starch conversation. ;) Glad Kkay was able to clarify for all you dense peoples. :hypocrite:

Roscoe... that whole "I'm innocent" thing just doesn't work around here. Ask Sir John. *grin*

Sandra - how were the cinnamon rolls?

Do you suppose the boys would protest if I sent them to bed at 6? *grin* I need to work on a Christmas present, and I have to wait until they're in bed.

Went to church, cooked a lot, went to Uncle Brent's for a family supper, ate a lot, talked a lot, came home.
Gonna be at the church at 8am to fire up for the city hall christmas lunch.  People around here sure like my pastor's cooking.

If anyone wants some sourdough bread, come over here around Thursday afternoon.  I'll be baking about 20 loaves for Sunday - After the Christmas program I have a habit of giving bread to certain people who have a history of appreciating it.

Made a lemon-raspberry cheesecake (from scratch Isaac) and prepped a pork tenderloin with herbs and lemon for my girlfriend date tomorrow night. Also making mashed potatoes and green beans as well.

Can't wait!

JennJenn! That sounds amazing. I'm drooling over here. ;)

Cheesy - Yes, yes, they are. Quite. I could name several names right at the moment for you to add to your already lengthy list. Heading the list would be.... ah, never mind. I'm not feeling very nice at the moment.

In happy news land: I got BOTH boys main Christmas presents finished up today. Go, me!

Who's gonna scratch Isaac?!

Just figured I'd clarify for you that I made it from scratch so we wouldn't have to hear you bellyache about delicious desserts being made from a box. Lol

Shrewby, yes....yes indeed....

I'm on some canning pages on FB, and a big tizzy on one of those that started in regard to something posted on another is what my FB status lament is about....

I just want to line a bunch of people up and slap them silly....  They have. no. sense.  Oy.....lol

Such ignorant remarks, God love 'em....

I need all the blessings I can get. I don't even be knowing where all these smites came from. Roscoe I'm sure. I don't pick on anyone other than him.

So the folks from Texas, who brought Grandma back Saturday, have departed early this morning.  Before they left I learned something - capes are not as odd as you might think.  The topic came up when Aunt Lisa gave Grandma a waist-length black cape with grey (faux) fur edging.  They said a lot of people wear them down in Houston, guys and gals.  Men don't wear capes like Grandma's though, they wear more of an opera style cape.  And it's for formal, not casual wear.

Glad to know I'm ahead of the game.  Again.   :thumbsup2:

You and your Grandma can put on your capes and fight crime all over west Tennessee.
