Ive seen some posted on FB and such...but was wondering if we did a 30 day photography challenge on here, if anyone would want to join.  September is just a few days away, and we could do it all for the whole month.

Anyone interested?  You dont need to be a professional photographer or hobbyist to join...

But sure, it'd be interesting seeing some of the pics people post.

I don't want to make it a contest.  I want to make it a challenge.  That way, everyone will be looking for the same type of picture each day.

Okay I missed the point entirely.  This is a photo scavenger hunt then?  Every day we have a certain goal - take a picture of a sleeping cat, a restaurant worker sweeping the parking lot, an ice cream sundae...?

If people forget to resize their pics this thread could quickly become one of those that takes ages to load. 

Public service announcement:  Irfanview is free, easy to use and you can resize a whole folder full of pics in one batch job.  :)

As long as I can keep my laptop around I'm game. Brandon has needed to borrow it for his school work but mom as of yesteday offered her old one for him to borrow.

The good thing is that there will be one list (published before hand) so that you can think about how you will accomplish that picture.  So, if you can, you can get several shots done for a period, then post them each day.

Also, I was thinking of size.  I try to load all my photos to www.photobucket.com, then resize them to 640x480 (?...I think thats the size).  We probably need to set a standard size for this.
