We had one of our youth members get the Holy Ghost today!!! WHOOT!

And Kimber and I were on the platform together during service and that is TROUBLE waiting to happen! :hypocrite:


After church, for lunch, we went to BarnHills to eat. I had a lovely salad with beets and cottage cheese on it, and some catfish, grits, squash and turnips. Yummy!

There you go, Seth...I told yall. :P

Went to church, stayed for lunch, stayed for singing after lunch, came home.

Sister Carol is one of the managers at the McDonald's where I used to work.  She made two buttermilk pies - one went on the church dessert table, the other went to me.  :D

Come get a slice.  I can get more.  She makes *THE* best buttermilk pies, they come out almost like custard.

I said almost like custard.  The difference is these are better than standard custard pies, much more creamy.

Mini, remind me to tell you about the first time I baptized someone. I learned a lot of lessons that day. lol I think there is even a video floating around somewhere. lol

Fighting a bad headache today. Got several prayer request that need God to move in, if ya'll don't mind praying. God knows what and who they are.

Today was very  :cry2: :clap: :cry2: :clap: :cry2: :clap: even at church.

I have learned that a good cleansing cry at alter call is a great way to end my Sunday.

Folks from Texas are staying until Wednesday, not leaving tomorrow as originally planned.  On the downside, when they do leave they are still taking Grandma with them.  :(

My pastor even mentioned it in church.  "We're glad to see Ray and Ann with us today from Texas.  Always glad to have them with us... but the bad thing about it is when they leave they always take Imaline with them."

Listed like 6 batches of eggs on Ebay this afternoon.  Checked just now and 4 of them have been snapped up with buy it now like hot cakes.  One bunch going to Alaska, one to North Carolina, and one to West Virginia.  (yes that's only 3 places, cause one person got 2 bunches of them)

It went well.  God showed up in a major way.  Around 10 first time visitors, three of them praying hard in the altars.  Great time during the baptism too!

Buenos Dias. 

Beautiful morning.  Dropped DH off at the airport @ 6:30 this am.  It's nice out at that hour.. LOL 

Made some sausage egg mcmuffins.  Going to take the mumchkins to the library.
