Oh. My. Sweet. Lord. Everyone of you are certifiably insane. :laughhard: I have laughed so much my sides are hurting. You have put me in a great mood, just in time for church, where I've got to preach. There's no way I can respond to all these accusations/false reports, but suffice it to say you have all proven your skill at total fabrication. If any of you are broke, it's your own fault. You could be writing novels for a living. :laughhard:

On a serious note, it is stunts like these that make me SO thankful for the day I stumbled into this nuthouse by accident. Ya'll are truely a blessing to me. Anyone who has not been here before, or who is lurking- this place is unmatched anywhere on the web or in person, and I dare say the members are as genuine in real life as they are online.

Thanks again everyone, for being my friend. I hope to meet each of you in person some time. :waving: :waving:
Does this mean you're not going to kill me now? :hypocrite: :laughhard:

If he shoots you with the same capgun he shot himself with at the convenience store, it won't kill you, Jason.  :hypocrite:

:P

Roscoe, you should judge your top 3 favorite reports.

I believe I shall. It'll probably be tomorrow before I have the chance though..... And it'll be hard, between Mel's, Purple Fuzzy's, and  yours, to say nothing of Taco's running commentary and everyone elses... SMH.

Wow. we just went to a Nice Indian restaurant and it was sooo good!  I almost converted... Lol

2 more days until the kids come home.  Nathan wants to take me golfing.  I told him I want the full experience, him in plaid pants.

I wonder what "golfing" means.

Wow! What a wonderful move of God at our church tonight. God moved and a young lady that has recently been coming to our church got the Holy Ghost. First one ever to pray through at a service I preached at. I'm on top of the world..... :thumbsup2:

Of course, it is possible that she started praying for me to shut up, but.... I'll take a win anyway I get it. :laughhard:

Congratulations, Roscoe.  Your preaching made her pray hard enough for God to just please take her that she prayed through.

Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

When the day has been hectic
(and it has)
When the day has dragged on and on
(and it has)
When the day has been hot
(and it has)
There are few things as effective as a bowl of Bluebell "Delta Blues" (tm) blueberry ice cream for making a person feel better
And it has
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

I'm still where I've always been, down here in Tennessee.  Come on over any time, but I recommend Sunday because you simply must meet my church family.  I have a great church.  :)

This week has been hectic to say the least. This whole thing with this other girl at church is kinda making me grumpy. I guess I need to pray more. It's just when someone attacks my character like they know me and they don't, it's hard not to be defensive in a mean spirited way. But talking to someone I really trust last night made me a feel a little better. I did so with out mentioning any names and she knew right away who I was talking about. So I guess I'm not the only one this girl isn't very friendly with. When I did see her last night though I smiled and just looked like my happy self. I won't let her see she got to me because then she'll know she won. And she didn't...Jesus did, because I still love her because she's a part of my very special church family!
I'm just me, round and bubbly like a lil honey bee!

I (over)slept to a total of six hours..still feeling off. I may go back home and sleep a bit more before going north. I just spoke with her on the phone, and she was significantly aware.

Thanks for the prayers and encouragement, everyone!

Awesome Roscoe!

ISG, good for you taking the high road.  :thumbsup2: If you'd shot back, it would make whatever she said seem true to others.  People are going to lie about you sis, it hurts but it makes you better if you handle it right.  We've all been there and will be again.  If it's any consolation, it's not her you're really up against.  It's the devil using her because you're becoming a threat to him!  The light in you is exposing the lack of light in her and for whatever reason, instead of embracing that light, it makes her insecure and defensive... yes, without you actually doing "anything."  God allows the people closer to us, like our church family, to expose and push our buttons that we might draw further towards Him.  We don't make ourselves as vulnerable to the world.  I heard a preacher call it dipstick ministry.   :)  When others reveal what we're low on.  Nobody can make her or anyone else be anything, others can just rub us the wrong way and reveal what's really under our skin.

The fact that you would still love her and pray for her is the witness of your walk w/ Jesus.  He's actually rewarding you openly for what you do in secret by establishing a good reputation for you.  Thank God for good leadership that supports you and has discernment.

*HUGS* sissy.

Melody

Good morning GP!

*heard at the breakfast table this morning*

"Honey, your egg mcmuffin is done."

*footsteps* "Um.. Babe, did you want one?'

"No.  I just ate all egg sticking out so it was nice and neat for you."

*muffled laughter*

Apparently around here, I'm amusing.
