Who'da thunk that songs playing before, during, and after a wedding could be so complicated... Lol! Probably the most stressful thing right after finding a building and choosing invitations... Ohh. And trying to shoot your own engagement photos...! Lol

We all already know what you look like, so don't worry about it.  :P

W2cch.  Tended fowl.  Dropped my phone in a 5 gallon bucket of water.  Didn't bother it at all.  It's a "ruggedized" phone....  It's took many a beating, but this is the first time it's actually been submerged in water.  I'm due for a new one, but the one comparable to it is about $80 even with my upgrade, and I don't want to pay that for it....and the other ruggedized one the numbers on the outside and I don't think that'd be so good...it's just like $20 though...but anyways....  Battery charge don't last long on this old one anymore, but it still works fine otherwise....

Yadda yadda.

:sing:

The seaweed is always greener, in somebody else's lake.
You dream about goin' up there
But up there's a big mistake.
Just look at the world around you,
Right here on the ocean floor.
Such wonderful things around you,
What more is you lookin' for?

Under the sea, under the sea,
Darling it's better, down where it's wetter,
Take it from me.
Up on the shore they work all day
Out in the sun they slave away
Something something something,
Something something something
Under the sea.

:sing:

Current song in my head.

Hello!

I'm here. Just got back from my friend Laurens graduation from college. She was #1015 :o we sat there for like three hours, but it was worth it! I love her and I'm so proud!
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

Did they call out the graduates in alphabetical order? If so with a name that begins with W I think I would have changed my last name to Aaa at least for one night. lol

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

:P

We had to go to Biloxi to the coliseum for the ceremony.

Passed the StarBucks, and the Walmart that I went to with the Squirrels. *sniff* And saw plenty of places we got lost at trying to look for the National Cemetery. I even saw the sign for the Cemetary! "it's on the ground somewhere..."

Haha!

rofl  It is indeed "on the ground somewhere."

Tell Lauren congrats for me!!  :-)

Number 1015...  poor thing!!

Thomas: It would be easier if all the "Christian" love songs weren't so cheesy, or if the non-Christian songs didn't say random weird things.   Why not try just some good worship songs or songs about the love of God as opening songs?

For background music before the wedding (depending on the expected audience of course...) try the Panama Dances.

Classical music.  Not all of them would be usable for the purpose but many would.

I actually like NOT having a cell phone, radio, tv, Ipod, or gaming system at home..

Weirdos.  :smirk2:

Been listing sales stuff online, and trying to stay away...hopefully I listed things that sounded sensible. lol

Made it to Tulsa about an hour ago.  My aunt is a testimony. More later.

Yep, gotta agree with cheese- wierdos. Oh and King Weirdo (aka Cheese) you can get a new battery on ebay for your phone. My Motorola tundra, the only phone I've not yet managed to kill, was doing the same won't-hold-a-charge-long thing. Around $4 bucks on ebay, and I had a nice shiney new battery that remedied that problem. Now I have no reason but lust for buying a smartphone...

Good Morning, everyone. It's gonna be a great day!

And Yoop, don't do like we did. We chose a country love song by George Strait to play while seating everyone at our wedding. It was beautiful- but neither of us had listened real close to the second verse. While not obscene, it was a little more "racey" than we'd have chose if we'd paid a little more attention. :biglaugh:

Exactly why it has been hard... I will bring up the Worship music idea. I honestly don't mind some of the Country Stuff  :couch:  haha... some of them are nice, and some even mention God, but I am not exactly sure how thrilled her dad and my Pastor would be... LOL! (Thinking "What I love about Sundays" , "Outside Looking In", I believe (in the words written in Red)" ... those kinds of things)

Hmmm... have to look into them. I know I want to get a version of "You are my Hiding Place" (name?? no idea), but it has violins and other strings in... SUPER beautiful.

Haha... exactly why I am being so choosy! LOL... As I said... there are some country songs I love... usually patriotic ones, or the ones that just talk about normal life, without all the sex, drinking, house loosing and dogs dying!  LOL

We are going on what was supposed to be a double date with a married couple that we both know... and we still are, but one of her friends from 4 hrs away decided to drop in the same day... and so she is coming as well... LOL, I'm sure it'll still be fun...

Meanwhile, we think you died!!

There IS a difference between having a phone and stuff and being addicted to it (me) and having it and being normal with it...(other ppl I don't know).

What if there WAS an emergency? Like I wanted to text you last night when I walked in Staceys house and figured out by the way that Becca was bossing him around, that Rickey is dating her AGAIN. That is totally stuff that you need to know! I wanted to slap BOTH of them within the first 5 minutes, and I had to spend the ENTIRE evening with them.

Yeah. Stuff like that. LOL or other important things.
