Haha! Yeah...that one is SOOO me, I had it as my AV for a little while earlier this year on another board.

Believe it or not.... roast DUCK!! I love the ducks, but I love to eat them too!

I cook a duck with a cranberry orange glaze and I normally serve it with wild rice and asparagus. Last time I made it with cous cous, and I also made a spinach salad with mandarin oranges with a light raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing. 

There really isnt anything that I dont like to cook...as long as it is a food I like to eat. And thats most everything. But I especially enjoy cooking for people, and cooking what THEY love, that brings me more joy to do that than to cook what I like.

But the duck...I have never met anyone yet who didnt like my duck meal. ;)
