Ummmm No...I didnt.

Ok...maybe not TINY...but you still dont have any room to comment on that stuff at all. So HUSH!
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

iridiscente

I don't have any room either, but that's because it's all used up! :laughhard:

MelodyB

Soooo....

Did you have a good time?
Did you miss us at all?
Were you shocked to learn that some of us got naked while you were gone?
Is Elona in trouble for her remarks about Tea?
What did you learn?
Did David behave?
Did you get to see the sugarplum fairy?
Did you take lots of pictures?
When is the next family vacation?
Can I come too?

:hypocrite:

Shall I take a poll? ;)

Nerd

What was the most awsomely cool thing(s) you saw in the Park/Forest?

MelodyB

Haha...maybe you need to take a poll, but who will be voting?

And Mary and B were not the ones who started this round of getting Naked...that was me. :freaky2:

Why was you thinkin of me? What did I do? :hypocrite:

*edits Aaron's post to fix the typo* :P

Hard question. I really, really love Harris Beach and Harris Butte. They rock. I think that beach may be my all-time fav spot on the Oregon coast. But we saw some pretty awesome redwood trees, too. Tell ya what... remind me when we meet up in Oklahoma, and I can show you pics. :)

2) I forget...me tired

John  :waving:

RainbowJingles

Was it a white suit?  With funny-looking sleeves?

No one was supposed to know about him!!  :o

The only tall guy I remember talking to today was/is Aaron. He tells me he is about 6'1. But he didn't mention whether he was wearing a suit today. *grin*

Maybe you meant the kinda short guy was really sweet and gave me a free refill on my lemonade?

Hmmm... a straight suit, a black and white striped prison suit, a film of soot, all sorts of stuff you could come up with for this one Wooby.

SippinTea

Gordon was not wearing a suit, he was wearing an apron. LOL

And yes, Dina, I certainly could... if I were feeling creative tonight. Sadly, my brain is too tired to come up with anything amusing at the moment. ;)

Do you like guys in suits?
If you were to wed, what colors would you use?
Flowers?
Am I invited?
REG

MelodyB

What songs would you want at your wedding?
Do you have a dress picked out already?
Who are your bridesmaids?
Where is the Groom?
Where do you wanna go on your honeymoon?

Depends on the guy. :P
Dunno. Maybe forest green and/or burgundy.
Dunno that either. LOL  I'm a traditionalist in that I adore red roses, but I'm extremely fond of a couple other types of flowers too. :)
Darlin'...  If I ever get married, the whole WORLD will be invited. ;) Unless, of course, I decide to elope. That might be more fun. :hypocrite:

Ohhhhh yeah. I've seen:
-brides acting like 2 yr olds, and throwing temper tantrums
-mothers making all the decisions the bride and groom should have been making
-siblings who looked like they were at a funeral instead of a wedding
-ministers who didn't know which side of the room the groom was supposed to be standing on, five minutes before the ceremony

But maybe you meant 'stuff' and not 'people stuff'. *grin* In that case, I've seen:
-immodest wedding dresses
-unity candles (Hey, the idea behind them is grand... the horror stories are, well, horror stories. LOL)
-completely ugly decorations at the reception (Trust me! It would have been better to have NO decorations at all!)

What I do want to do is:
-have several ministers who have been big influences in my life pray for us
-have white lights and tulle.... everywhere!
-be relaxed enough to enjoy the day
-pause often, and 'freeze' the moment in my mind, so the memories wont be a blur
-have you take pictures ;)
-remember it's not about the 'stuff', it's about beginning a new life together

Why did I have a feeling you'd be in here 'hmming' soon?

Cause thats his job.

What horror stories about unity candles? I have never heard any...and what is the idea behind them? I have never heard that either.

SippinTea

The idea as in, two lights creating one light... I like the symbolism, I just don't like the whole scenario of veils going up in smoke, and singed hair, and burned hands, and.... LOL  Truly, I know of some awful stuff that resulted from unity candles.

The Purple Fuzzy

They do unity candles around here too, maybe it's just not a Florida thing.

MelodyB

No, they do them here, but I was saying the disasters that she associates with them...I had never heard of any. So I figured they were just more clumsy in the western states...you know, they have more bus stops and things like that out there.  :hypocrite:
