Ok......so as Paulina said these pics did not come out good.......we got 2 pics folks





These are lobster and shrimp raviolis we made the other day.
They were VERY good! Restaurant quality at least!
I also made a sauce to go over them which required me to cook the lobster and shrimp shells with white wine and vegetables. Half way through reducing the liquid I strained the shells and vegetables out and added butter, salt and pepper, and tomatoes.
We had it with italian style rice salad and steamed asparugus with balsamic dressing.

Actually...first of all, that's not my hand, and second of all, I think that some filling that got on the plate.

Some pics from the other day...still trying to perfect pan-fried naan. This one was made with fresh garlic kneaded into the dough (Mmmm...) and then we dipped it in Riata (an Indian yogurt/cucumber/mint dip). This pic is actually of the one we filled with a filling of potato and Indian spices ...SO GOOD.



Naan in the oven...cooked a little too long, but made a nice cracker...lol

First of all, i thought i knew your hand from everyone elses, gues i was wrong     Second of all, i didn't notice any filling on the plate, i must of missed it.    Third of all, why am i numbering my thoughts? 


The naan looks like naan i think, which is a great start!  Have you ever made naan side by side with a homemade mexican flour tortilla?  Both taste almost the same!
