Finally got a dr appointment that wasn't mid august for these weird hives I'm having. Going on 3 weeks now. Currently  my ears feel like they're on fire. It started out with super itchy hives, but now it's feeling more like rosacea with the heat... but not as much itching. Ugh. Idk what the issue is. But I am over having crazy splotchy red skin.

It's only Tuesday and I'm wishing it was Thursday. Sigh.

Newer cars like 2000 up. Jelly beans. Boremobiles. Vehicles that are "normal"- ugh.

Morning all. ONE day I try to be upbeat and happy in the morning- one day- what happens? My boss "Man, you are chipper and happy. You ok?" Jerm texts "Good morning". I respond "Good Morning!!"
He responds- You've been hacked.
Bah.  :pound:  :pound:  :pound:  :pound:
It has been insane for me the last few days. I'm still blessed beyond measure.
That sounds like me and the salad. I was at a restaurant with some friends and I was trying to be healthier than normal so I ordered a salad. My credit card got locked down for unusual activity.

Hi. Busy. Made one person angry when I caught him sneaking a small bottle of someone else's urine in his underwear to try to pass a drug test with. Bad day for him- it was his last chance according to the judge and he is now at the jail awaiting a return to prison for around ten years. I am no longer his friend I guess. Can't blame him, I wouldn't like me either...
Church tonight. Lawd I'm ready for a weekend..

My church is having a children's revival this weekend with children's evangelist Ethan Hethcox. I got scheduled to do the ProPresenter for all 3 of the services so we shall see what new challenges a children's revival brings.

Just be glad you're not on the sound board. If they have any kids singing, it's anybody's guess how loud they'll be. They might shout or they might be so quiet that you have to balance the mic just short of feedback range to get any sound at all.

Pastor Gothra and Sis Dominique should have any sound issues well handled with their iPads

Same. Add in yucky smoke levels from the fires, and picture me looking green.  :yell:

This morning is the last service of my church's children's revival. Our guest preacher is doing great but he also tends to run last minute. First night he was setting up the puppet stand less than half hour before service. Then last night he didn't get scripture to the ProPresenter operator (me) until about 20 minutes before service started.

That last minute junk can be hard on my digestion...

The last service of the revival went well.  The guest preacher read a Max Lucado kids book as part of his message and had pictures for me to put up on the LED screen as he turned the pages.

We baptized a kid at the end of the service.  We also accidentally baptized a microphone.  :laughhard:

Morning folkes. :waving:
Back at work. Ran Saturday; Sunday church, with Lou badly the humidity and breathing issues; yesterday I went to Little Rock to pick up a tube for Clara the Model A who had a flat. Before I left to go though I cleaned out the gutters on Chey's apartment and the rear of the house. It amazed me at how much dirt was in them from leaves decomposing.
While I was in Little Rock I enjoyed lunch and a conversation with some old friends of mine, one of whom is 89 years old and still preaching as an evangelist. He was also a bad influence trying to sell me a motorhome...Oh, tempt me not. It was a diesel pusher....big, nice....LOL
Now to plug through today.
Lou, by the way, went to another doctor to try to determine her issues. He gave her a shot and a prescription for an updraft machine, as well as a referral to a lung specialist. I really hope they find and fix the problem. It's awful hard to hear someone you love struggle to catch their breath, especially when they are so young.

Glad she's getting some progress on her issues.

@Work.

Tomorrow I'm going in to have an upper scope done. Little nervous about being put out, not gonna lie. It's been quite a long time since I have had to be put out for any procedure.

Hot here in Okleehoma too. I'm for once, ready for fall and winter.

As much as I hate to admit it- I won't mind cooler weather. I don't want too cold- I AM still in the middle of some outdoor projects- but it's been a bit too cold for even me.
My workplace has steadily became more Hitler-isque. They started blocking site that can be accessed on computer. FB of course was first, which didn't concern me really, although I DID actually use it to gather info on my offenders. But now- Godplace is blocked, yahoomail is blocked, any "forum" is blocked, ebay is blocked...
Annoying. I do my job don't treat my like a 5 year old.
They haven't found two of my hotrod sites and Amazon yet... :pound:
I was in a habit of leaving GP up in a minimized window and just check in occasionally through the day. It was my security blanket...

When they start blocking stuff, it just gets worse.
