Eggplant parmesan here with spinach & bacon.  It's one of those meals that's more work than I care for but the family loves it.  I think you'd like it Seth.

The palms of my hands are still really sore from mowing yesterday.  I must be a sissy. Today I helped Nathan mulch a bunch of limbs we pruned. The rest I'll cut for firewood. I think we're having a yard sale this wknd.

Goodness, I have too much to do it seems.

Wow, you've become like the pioneer woman. lol

Babs

That's the kind of wife you need seth lol

Mel - true, I guess I am, at that. :) *HUG* Except that this week I have been preparing to be a mom for FIVE kids. :o And no, I'm not pregnant. :P I'm sure the kiddos will have way too much fun with all three of the Tabor kiddos, but... EEKS!! I wonder if I'll still be alive on Monday morning.

People are strange. But that's okay. I mean, if people want to pay me to cut up t-shirts, it's all very well and good with me.   But I think I'd better go find more t-shirts to chop up soon, 'cause I've pretty much gone through my entire stack of them.

Who's paying to mutilate a perfectly good t-shirt?

Actually I heard of one elder lady who would buy blue jeans cheap, hang them on the clothesline, load her shotgun, BLAM!! and sell them for a serious profit.

Weirdos.

I had another tiny tick on me this evening....  I thought I was "out of the woods" for the season since I hadn't had any for a long time... :(

Lynx

That's probably the problem.  You usually find them after you've come out of the woods.

Dreamed I was with some old man trying to buy a black miata (much like roscoes) and the guy selling the car had a Les Paul Epiphone guitar sitting in his garage too.  I tried to buy it, but he wouldn't sell.  *sigh*

Such is life.

Now I am awake.  I would much rather be in bed sleeping still.

Ummm that may be the reason you are hearing those noises. :eyebrow:

10 more degrees than tonight & it'd be freezing point. Guess I better get out & get pumpkins before the frost.  They say though that carrots are sweeter if you pick them after the first frost. Random info I know you guys need. ;)

Ok, I think that everyone should come north for a fall meet up some year to give u guys some relief from the heat. Southeast Missouri is the Ozarks.

I dare not venture into AR.  They're always looking for a new  bloodline, I hear. :P

I need to follow up and straighten out some crud with the county from that junk I talked to them about before...looks like the only thing they ever "fixed" was the one thing they messed up right after it, for the most part, aside from one other tiny thing that's half right....

I don't remember if I mentioned it the other day or not the last time I called the stupid land lawyer....everything is done, he just can't find time to get them to sign the dumb papers.   He's gonna piddle hiney around until my uncle dies of old age and then we're gonna be back in square one again because the male cousin does not like things the way they're supposed to be, and so he'd probably pitch a hissy if he was in control of it.

Good grief.  Ignernt morons.....he needs to get his stupid hindend in gear and take a few minutes and have them sign the daggone paper.  :tearhair:

Minnesota:  That guitar would go well with the Line 6 amp I saw Monday in a pawn shop.

Today I take my cats to get fixed.  The momma is still a standoffish loner so no problem, but the daughter is a sweetheart - I hate to leave my kitty at the vet's.  :-\
