*nod* Yeah, that's pretty much how my brother learned, too. He helped out a friend at some district events and whatnot, kept his eyes opened, asked a lot of questions, and then played around with it at our home church. But since he's a homeschooler and very used to studying on his own, and observing and all that, it likely helped him pick it up faster. Dunno. But he's a whiz. Hmm... if you're ever out in Oregon, maybe we could talk you two into doing a sound system crash course for several small churches in the area.

Seems fairly complete.  I intend to read it myself, there are some things I still don't know.

And by the way, for small churches with small budgets there are two important words.  Nady and Behringer.  Wonderful cheap brands that do very well.  Behringer mixers can be any size from one mic and a guitar input up to a full multiplex soundboard and Nady wireless mics are my go-to brand for handheld and headset.

So, I can't sleep. Instead I've decided to sit up and cry awhile. STUPID PITY PARTY!! At least I have icecream...

I shall now take the time to update everyone on my last week or so.
1. Brendan broke my glasses.
2. I still have no job!
3. Sunday I was asked to sing a special- - - I have practiced at least 9 different songs, none of which I feel led to be THE SONG!
4. My keyboard skills are minimal. I tried playing an easy song, I understood all the Chords could hear and see it in my mind, BUT MY HANDS REFUSE!! Hence the pity party and ice cream tonight. I decided to mix light and dark chocolate by the way, and poured chocolate syrup on top.. ( yeah, its that bad ).
5. I have had a headache the last few days, fighting every way I know how to keep it from progressing into a Migraine.
6. I found a trail of ants trying to get to my kitchen. ( I am now a murderer )
7. Last but not Least. I had a nightmare about two weeks back ( if not more ) that I can't seem to shake.!. It's as vivid as the night I had it. I've never experienced anything like this, So to help me, I've decided to ask this question.

You know sometimes there is just nothing more irritating than a person who thinks the world owes them everything. They get jealous of everyone else no matter who they are or how hard they have worked to get what they have. Just because they don't have something and someone else does they believe, the world should bow down kiss their feet and hand everything they want to them. Their demands and wants become the most important things in the world to them. They become the most self-centered and self-important people you will ever  meet.

Nope Cheese, this is from a relationship I was born into not one I choose to be in. I could really use your prayers!!!!!! Something has to give with this person or honestly much more and it might come to blows literally.
