Mmmmm, good morning y'all.  Took me more than half an hour after waking up to get up.  I love those kind of mornings.

And there's church tonight!
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."
:sing: :sing: :sing: :sing: :sing: :sing:

Loud thunder, lightning and hail this morning. And we have a tornado warning.
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

It's rainy.

Why is everything I need to do so complicated and expensive?  :smirk2:

Melody tornado WARNING or tornado WATCH?  Warning means a tornado has been spotted.  Watch means conditions are right for a tornado to form.  I'm hoping for the sake of your region that you meant watch.

Hebrews 12:12-16 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you

Eric.. For some reason that hit me as really funny sounding.

Conference call wasn't that bad. We cleaned the office while we listened haha..

Back to the task at hand I suppose..

BTW, Godplace has become 100x more interesting than facebook... :)
Indeed it has. I love this place. And Mini, thanks for posting about your bible study on Minimum Requirements. I've been thinking about that every since I read that title, and now am working on a variation of that thought for tonight.

I finally posted the full thing:  http://godplace.com/forum/index.php?topic=32085.0

I wonder if we made a wax figure of Mini, and then melted it, if we'd get Roscoe... -MellerYeller

My Mom said it was a warning. And my cousin said on FB it was a warning. She lives 20 mins away. She had her kids in the laundry room all huddled up cause that was their only room without windows.

I said a prayer, and went back to sleep. Lol I'm not gonna huddle in the hallway. God will protect us. And He did. It's just steady rain now. No loud thunder and the lightning stopped too. Thunder is rumbling softly in the distance. Toward Mobile it sounds like. So it's over for now I guess.

I would normally have stayed up earlier and watched the storm. I LOVE STORMS. (long as I'm inside and don't have to drive in it) but I had a really bad night. Coughing again. And I must have got up 6 times to potty and I rarely get up once on a normal night. So idk what was wrong. I had finally got some good sleep this morning when it started to storm, so I got up to look out the window and talked to my Mom briefly, and then decided to go back to bed after posting my first message up there.

Slept REALLY good then...till the Texts started coming in. Ann is talkative today. Lol

Our boss' nickname is Eeyore. :/

I'm about to bounce off these walls. I want to go somewhere and do something fun NOW! :( I'm hoping it's not rainy and cold after work so I can go walking. I wish I had a bike. I'd much rather go riding. Lol.. Even skating! Maybe I should dance with the music here in the office... Hahahahahaha!

G'morning everyone! :hi:

I'm all caught up on special orders now. Yay me. ;) So now I'm tackling a few projects for the local shop.

D is currently whining his way through finals *grin* and K is studiously doing her math like a good little girl. The interesting part of that is... she's gone way higher in math in high school than the other 3 of us ever thought of. What is up with her?!? I have a brilliant little sister, and it's almost depressing. *lol* Why couldn't my parents have spread out the brains a little more? It might have been helpful, ya know... ;)

Guess they were saving the best for last.  :smirk2:

:P

My, it certainly is wet.  Pulled the TB & trailer into the edge of the yard to get it out of the way....couldn't back it up even in 4x4..... :freaky:  So went ahead down around the circle....was goopier up at the top than down at the bottom, so it wasn't real horrible...lol

Gonna go get some metal fence posts in a little bit.  :smirk2:

SippinTea

*laugh* No kidding!

Metal fence posts? Are you going to get those baby emus after all? :hyper:

These are going to be particularly for the garden, and/or whatever other purpose they might present themselves for.

I haven't forgotten the emus....just not sure about them...lol  Don't know if they still have them anymore or not either.

Home on my lunch break. Finally told my boss some of what's going on and why I'm stressed. I'm the entertainment at work. Usually singing and dancing and whathaveyou and for me to have an off day EVERYONE freaks out. I told them I can't be Mary-sunshine all the time for them.

It's raining. Has been all day. We're under a flood watch here too.

Church tonight. I didn't make it to bible study last night because my dad had called.
Keep it simple. Just love Jesus. -Sister Ali

Good lord - I just teared up at a Fancy Feast commercial...

That's pretty bad.  :freaky:

:tearhair:  Trying to decide what type of actual fence to use for this garden....  Gotta have something or the deers'll just eat it up and it'll be useless to even try to plant anything.  :smirk2:

It hasn't started raining here yet but looks like it could any second
