Indeed Banana milk is good. I just recently heard about it myself. Like in the past year. A friend posted on FB that he was drinking banana milk, so I commented and asked what it was. Since then I CRAVE it. It's SO good.

Gonna go make it now I think.

What's weird about a banana shake?  Wonderful treat.  Another good thing is watermelon shake, watermelon, ice cream and nothing else.  Great refreshing drink in the hot, hot summer.

But this is still winter... and I have pecan brittle!  I'm eating too much though.

freeze your milk or bananas and it'll be a exactly like a shake!  A banana in our shakes is always the sweetness we need instead of sugar when we make smoothies.

MellowYellow as I am a man I don't give a flying flitter how wrinkled my face is, or how wrinkled the faces of any women around me are for that matter... I'll just drink it instead.  I consider face masks to be a waste of good food.

Agree that a banana is all the sweet you need.  But then I usually only drink water and 100% fruit juices, everything else just tastes like sugar water to me.

I wish some doctor could figure out why I never gain weight.  I never watch what I eat, unless you count watching to make sure it doesn't fall off the fork.  I've weighed somewhere between 160 and 170 for the last 15 years.

Oh wait... I'd have to go see a doctor before one could figure anything out.  Oh well, skip it.

The storm is upon us, the thunder is rolling and sometimes shaking the house, my real computer is unplugged, as is my external hard drive with all my music backups on it (I'm on my decoy computer) and there's nothing more to do tonight but go to bed.  So... night y'all.

Yesterday morning in my bedroom, I slip when trying to get up from the bed, I fall into some ram horns that are mounted on a wooden base..I was a little too busy falling to take notes, but I think I was poked in the face, struck in the shoulder, and had my right side twisted.
