Lady Elona,

   Why are there still children who do not recognize me as the Grumpyest of the Grumpye? Have they not gotten the e-mail, or something? A friend gave me their eight-month old to hold the other day, and the kid apparently wanted to play 'retrieve the binky'. That at least was made easier in that they had the binky tied to where it could only drop a couple of feet or less.

   Kids still seem to like me an awful lot, even though I'm the Grumpyest of the Grumpye!

I'm almost afraid to be excited again.  Things have been postponed WAY too many times, and it just feels crazy to keep hoping, but somehow I continue to hope.  I keep believing, even when I'm disappointed, and hopefully it will be soon!
