Worked all day...then went to service where my friend Bro Lawrence preached an awesome message. Then we ate potluck. Now I'm home for the evening. And that's sharing from me.... :P

Morning, all. Roscoe today is brought to you courtesy of a half gallon of cappuccino. "The breakfast of champions- we'll wire you awake." Lands, I SO would rather be working around the house today. But no,  I have to come in here and pretend to be gainfully employed. Bah.

Im trying not to get sick. Allan however has full blown flu like symptoms, AND a kidney infection. As much as we are together all the time, I have avoided getting anything worse than a stuffy nose thus far.

Other than that, life is good. This week is our church anniversary weeklong celebration! We have had the same pastor for 25 years. Thursday we have my cousin Jason preaching, and then Friday night is our BIG shindig with a guest preacher and a catered dinner afterward for Ministers and Pastors family. Then Sunday we have my other cousin Randy preaching, and a potluck after church.

I cant wait to see everyone! So many people expected to be here...so much family its gonna be like a reunion!
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

Sounds yummy, Mel  :fork:

I am plum wore out, don'tch'ya know. Conference is over, friends and family are back home and while I should clean the church today, I am putting the house back in order. We simplified things to have our friends stay.

Hope you all have a great week and so glad you are alright John Y!!!

Girls bible study tonight. Making dump cake. Blueberry I think. That's what pie filling I have.
Excited. We're studying Proverbs 1-4.

Right about now I would probably be jealous, but I currently have too many good desserts at home as it is.

You guys are sluffing off and not posting near enough....I'm at the point of making up things out of whole cloth and throwing bits of truth in...for instance, did you know Newsman's wreck was actually caused because he was looking at an attractive Asian lady on the side of the road?  :o
And Seth is involved in a hot romance, planning a runaway vacation with a young lady? :freaky2:
And Isaac's "sweets" or "desserts" are actually of the female human kind.... :thumbsup2:
And Jenn's "bible study" isn't on Proverbs at all, but the Song of Solomon and how it could be adapted by her male friends and read to her over a warm fire, under starlit skies..... :freaky2:
And Babs is actually running off to New York with a wealthy businessman...  :nono:
Meller is actually cleaning up after having snuck several pounds of herbs into her visitor's suitcase for them to deliver for her... :pound:
Mel IS sick- lovesick, anyhow. :thumbsup2:
And Ratz Nest is sleepy 'cause she's running herself ragged nosing into everyone's bizness... :P
There. Ya'll figure out how much of that is true.

*Roscoe sits back to see the fireworks....

Sad part is...this was almost a truth...unbeknownst to you hahaha  :anon: :freaky2: :hypocrite:
It was a topic of discussion when deciding on what to read. LOL

Bobby:  Watch it buddy, or I'll revert to calling you Roscoe again, and I'll be fully aware of WHY you are called Roscoe.  :P

And no, all my desserts and sweets are the kind with cocoa, sugar and usually flour.  I would say "unfortunately" you are not correct, but I do not consider it unfortunate because I will find the lady in God's time.

And for the record, there was no truth in those lies.  So your line about adding a bit of truth was also a lie.  And that's my pedantry for the day.

There was so....I tactically admitted you had desserts and sweets. That was true...granted, the way it was worded was deceptive..... :P
