Scott

For the last 5 years I've lived with a very severe illness; it is not getting any easier.

I had a Gallbladder attack that took the doctors 6 months to decide to remove it.  After the surgery I've gradually gotten worse.

I suffer from Constant (read daily) Gallbladder attacks with little or no relief. The specialists cannot even agree on the cause.  One says it is pancreatic and another claims that they ''think'' nerves were damaged during my surgery.

Nonetheless: I live in extreme pain and Yes I have been prayed for countless times, my name has been on the World Network of Prayer as well as our district network of prayer. There are other symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadness and Chronic Fatigue.

My employer let me go in 2010 after my Family Medical Leave Act time ran out.  I could not produce a note from the doctors clearing me for work - the note had to state that I was better and could return to work without missing time for the ongoing illness.  No doctor can put that in writing.

I've lived the last two years without an income and have filed for Social Security Disability.  Because there are so many bogus claims filed in and among the multiple millions of claims started since Obama took office, I had to hire an attorney to go to bat and fight my case. It could take up to another 12 to 24 months before a decision is made.

I trust God for a healing, he hasn't chose to heal me yet, but he has assured me that this illness is not unto death.

Right now, I need that income. 24 plus months right now of back disability income is due me and I don't know when they will approve it.  My lawyer told me that right now the Social Security Department is looking for reasons to deny claims and will look for any little thing to try to  get out of it.

According to the guidelines, if your illness will put you out of work for at least one year, you are eligible for Social Security disability Income. I've been out two years and there is no idea when I will be able to return  to work  if at all.

The Lawyer has told me two different things, one to get my business and another after taking me on as a client. The doctors cannot agree on a diagnosis and therefore the Social Security Department could decide, no diagnosis, no approval.

I am not giving up, right now I need that back income and honestly, I needed it two years ago.

Please pray with me on some focus prayer - prayer points

1.) That I will receive favor in the eyes of those reviewing my claim
2.) That They will show mercy - and approve the claim early
3.) That they will approve my claim early - rather than later
4.) That my back pay will be sent to me ASAP

Thanks

UPDATE:  I finally did find my wife.  Just waiting now to bring her to the USA!

My attorney left my case. Nothing to do with the case, she was very rude, disorganised and unprofessional.

1.) She no showed our first meeting

2.) She didn't return calls

3.) When she finally did show up to a meeting, she was 2 + hours late and I had to call 3 or 4 times to remind her

4.) She is disorganized

5.) She is forgetful

6.) She wanted me to lie on the paperwork

I finally told her that I thought she was unprofessional and that she should work on her people skills. She got mad at me and formally released me from her contract and any money that I would owe her.
