Tired, whooped, exhausted. Getting ready for service and also bought the Datsun and spent the time to go to DMV and get it registered. So for at least the next week it is street legal till the inspection expires. Please pray for us tonight!!

 Allow me to say that I agreed with MiniSkirt, right up until the slam against Chocolate Gravy, which, as anyone with 1/2 an ounce of common sense or more knows, is the nectar of God and will be at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, along with fried Bologny and cathead buttermilk biscuits.

Have any of you ever studied Nehemiah's building project?  Specifically chapter 3.  It's been on my mind.  It was almost like a begats chapter to me (those still illude my interest) until I read a bit of commentary on it.  Then it totally came alive!  Matthew Henry does a good job of breaking it down. 

What I got out of it: the nobles of the Tekoites were snobs and didn't contribute.  And nobody really cared.  The rest, including the Tekoites, not only did "their" part, but went on to help in another area.  The unity of it all is pretty cool.

My throat is all closed up and when I shine a flashlight in my mouth to look at it, it's all swollen and white and yucky looking. I know y'all really want to hear all that.

If its this bad tomorrow, I WILL NOT be singing. I just coughed and felt like I had to throw up, but I didn't, but the action of it on my throat made me tear up. IT HURTS!



I'm trying again to fill up the pool I bought. I tried last night, and apparently didn't lay it out properly. It was half full and I had to drain it and try again today. It's straight now, and filling up again. I hope I don't use all the water and drain our well. Lol

Hey, you guys ever try this?  You put cloves in lemon halves and it's supposed to repel flies.  For whatever reason, I have flies congregating at my front door and it's hard to not let them in when we come in and out.

I also seen the baggie full of water and pennies that supposed to keep them away with the reflection.  So I just put a baggie out, it doesn't look like it's doing much.  lol

Well the Datsun was going great, then i drove to the grocery store. Seems something happened and now it is idling rough. Spitting sputtering unless you give it gas and are moving. Several things run through my mind it might be. We will see God is in control of even car motors!! Will just have to pray it is a simple fix or God heals it before next week.

The youth event was phenomenal!! You could feel the presence of God in every session. The crowd today was much smaller but as i told them the Navy Seals start out with a large group of applicants but very few make past the first day. So those youth who showed up today I called our commando squad. lol I think every Apostolic youth would benefit from teaching like this. God is good!!

I would have no friends if it weren't for my non-apostolic church friends and non-church friends. Just FYI.
