Spent the morning school shopping with my other family. Now off to Dubuque for some more shopping :) Thank you Jesus for my wonderful mood and lots of energy today!
I'm just me, round and bubbly like a lil honey bee!

Melody

I have nothing interesting to say but, HI anyway. ☺

Lynx

Hi is always worth saying.  I like to hear from friends if all they have to say is hi - at least I know they're still alive and they're thinking of me.

Hi MellowYellow.   :waving:
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

Lynx

Uh oh... I know you didn't just call her old.

Fuzzy, send Whitaker over to bite him.  And then let him chase a few birds for good measure.

FELINE SHARING:  Well my cats, now that they are out of their cage, are showing more personality.

Hypatia (mom) is a born explorer.  When she was released she immediately made a fast sweep of the whole carport, then took half an hour to investigate the whole thing more thoroughly.  I went in for something and came back out, whereupon she made a break for the door (from halfway across the carport) and made it!  She's fast, I'll give her that.  She had about half the first floor explored before I could get in the kitchen.  After I took her back outside she investigated the carport a bit more, then promptly disappeared and stayed gone until after I left for work.  Not to worry though, when I got back at midnight she was on hand for supper.  Now she's gone again, apparently scouting some more.

Nancia (daughter, who after the first thrill of being free does not fit the name Tabatha - Gazelle - at all) is definitely more of a homebody.  She stays on the carport, mostly ignoring the dog who returns the favor by ignoring her, and meowing every time I come outside.  Her favorite activity seems to be lying in my lap, being petted, while trying to shred my jeans with her claws.  If she weren't to be an outside cat I might consider declawing her front paws.

Nobody else here has any reason to have any interest in any of this, but I wanted to say it anyway.  I also want to say that my cats are cute.  Yes I know men aren't supposed to say the C word, but they are cute.

Got a bunch of stuff ready to sell, but don't know what to do with it yet, exactly.  Might end up just giving it away.  Gotta clear this STUFF outta the house!  :tearhair:

And what is that?

I don't know, but my left big toe hurts in it....  So it must be that.

Any my lower back/hips hurt.....  I may have to clean off my bed and start sleeping in it like a human instead of a hoarder if hanging suspended from other pieces of furniture is not going to work for me anymore without breaking my back.  :smirk2:

w2cch  Gotta go tend fowl.

Hanging suspended from other pieces of furniture?  They told me you were a bit batty but I didn't believe it was THAT bad!

I really did TRY to take it easy today. Mostly, I sat on the bed with my laptop and posted stuff on ebay. That, and fixed dinner. And I didn't even have to call for help from Chris tonight because I was near to collapsing. Yay me.  :thumbsup2: I'm obviously on the mend.

:biglaugh: The visual this gave me was quite hilarious. Thanks for the laugh. :D
