I give up....I quit.....I am done...... I have had enough.......I don't matter anymore.

Im with John on this one.  You DO matter!

Keep your eyes locked on God, not whats going on around you.  Trust in him, and let him do the work.  The more we focus on ourselves and those around us, the less we feel we can or could do.

And remember your testimony!  God brought you out of all that so you could be a witness to me and everyone else on Godplace, and everyone you meet.  You can reach people that I could never reach.  You are a powerful person when you are armed with a testimony like that!  The devil can never take your testimony away.  USE IT!

Thank you, you are very sweet, Ashley. ☺ I appreciate you taking the time to look into it for me also.

I have researched it. I lean strongly towards hollistic medicine which science hasn't even begun to catch up with so what's accepted to much of modern "science" doesn't necessarily impress me, especially when it's not that they can disprove it, they just can't "support" it.  The same modern science that approves meds that literally pacify one thing while still destroying your body in another.  The same science that gives out one information as Fact one year and turns around and says the opposite the next.  But that's me.  People can agree or disagree, it's my journey.

It was strong for me.  The side effects are slight rise in blood pressure temporarily, as with all spicy food.  And upset stomach, if it's too spicy for a person.  I had no upset stomach.  It was too strong for me though, that's what the drama was about.  And I had fasted thinking that it would be better absorbed.

Essence oils are very dangerous if not taken with a carrier oil.  So one would have to ask themselves if this danger was from idiots not following directions and what other variables before lumping it all in against something.  The same for anything.

This may be BOGUS but I saw this yesterday and thought it might be helpful, especially with your leanings toward Mary and her sisters... *cough*

I dont know anything about who put this out, keep that in mind.

The given statement conflicts with the given signature line.  Obviously something has changed drastically since the signature line was written.

What's wrong Iowa Girl?  Anything we can do?

You'll notice chocolate in that bubble graph.  And the darker the chocolate, the better it is for you.

I'm just struggling. floundering is more like it probably. I got a pretty hurtful phone call from someone yesterday morning.  It's hard to live with the world (Roomie) and not have the same views on just about anything. It's a long story. A pretty intense painful one. And of all people, my mom is the one to convince me to get out of bed this morning and go to church. She did promise me fried zucchini. I just hate when old battles you think are over come back stronger than ever. I promise sometime this week I will share my testimony with all of you, it's been a long road....and I don't see it getting any shorter today.

But at least there's fried zucchini somewhere along the road.  Care to share?  :great:

Isg, you're not the only one that has old battles come back, obviously.  I've gone to church my entire life, sometimes sincere, sometimes very cold, and because of that,I have problems to this day that I thought I had put behind me that resurface. I remind myself that if Satan is bringing all this back on me, apparently I'm doing something right for God and it is worrying the devil. I then try to get through it all over again. Fortunately, I have brothers and sisters like these we talk to here that will hold me up when I'm weak. Be praying for ya, girl. :waving:

Thanks for the prayers!

Seth, 1 Peter 5:7.

Need to reshuffle some of the order I (hopefully) get things done, as I got a call from someone wanting a ride to church. Visitors are much of the reason we have services! Gotta go clean part of the truck before going to churcvh, pick the guy up and bring him, then all the other stuff slated for this afternoon and evening.

John  :waving:

Oh, and you

So frustrated!! Already have to spend $180 on two new tires, and about $30 for an oil change. Now my check engine light is on. The rope I'm on is ripping at the end...not sure how I'm gonna afford all of this. And I was supposed to drive to Illinois this weekend to see my boyfriend. Not sure if I'll get to go at all now. :| just need something GOOD to happen!! Too much money going out, not enough coming in, & super stressed right now!

Nelle, If you've got an Autozone nearby, they will check your car for free and give you an idea what is wrong with it. Probably something simple, like an O2 sensor or the like if it's not cutting out or acting up. Don't stress, girl, it'll be alright. Trust me. :teeth:

Nelle---I had a horrible week last week.   One of my best friends passed away...I ran over something in front of the tire shop and had to buy 2 new tires--had a fight with my parents---the list just goes on.   But I finally just said...God--you got this.  Give me a little bit of good news so I can have the strength to deal with all the bad. For the first time I just stopped worrying and KNEW God would be in it all.   Seriously?  Has He EVER failed you yet? His plans are bigger than ours and He is the master of the details.

I don't know why all this stuff is happening in my life but I know there is a purpose.

I was stressing about not having any money left after the tires.    The next day my husband got a GIGANTIC raise.  It had to be God because my husband's boss is.....ummmm....frugal.    :biglaugh:   We didnt see it coming!

He's got this!

Thanks Mini!

There's black cohosh there on the bottom, but something interesting...  The last time I seen my Dr. she flipped her monitor around so I could see the medical research library or something to that effect and there were like 3500 studies going on right now about it.  She said that means they're about to come out with a "suppliment."  And what does it do?  It's a natural plant that helps keep a woman's hormone balance.  ie: breast, ...etc. cancer preventative.

The government tells us what they can profit by, that's it.  The FDA especially is a joke.

Tending fowl, selling fowl, tending fowl, taking a break from tending fowl and gonna go finish the part of the fowl tending I was doing.  Then hopefully selling more fowl, somebody else is supposed to be coming.  :smirk2:

You called him a brid brain.  What do you expect?  Brid was a Celtic Goddess.  I would resent the comparison too.   :smirk2:
