Authorities have released this photo of Officer Roscoe. This is an old photo taken right after he graduated from the academy(And before he went bald). He is standing by his best friend from his early days, Officer Barney(Blonde hair and mullet). They became close friends because they were the shortest members of the force, Officer Barney only standing 5ft tall.

Authorities are still on seen where Officer Roscoe is trapped in the Shipley's dumpster. More news as it comes in.
