Update Sugar Rush 2011: Cop Gone Wild

Officer Roscoe still clearly high from the massive amounts of sugar rushing through his short body, was spotted dumpster diving behind the local Shipley's Doughnut shop. He somehow managed to climb in the dumpster, but was too short to climb out. Authorities are on the seen but are unsure of what to do next. One officer exclaimed, "I ain't going in after him, he's like a rabid leprechaun". Reporters are on the seen and we will report more as it happens.
