Man, all this hating on black choir... You people never heard of Joe Pace and the Colorado Mass Choir?

If it's just the repeats repeats repeats repeats repeats repeats that get on your nerves, I usually load them in an audio editor, cut out the repeats and fade in/out so it sounds like they sang it without the repeats in the first place.

Now for something that a lot of people can't stand, try bluegrass gospel.  I like it but I have to be careful where I listen to it.

Johnny  Law checkin' in.... :waving: Stayed up way to late last night, now I'm paying for it. :biglaugh: I didn't mean to start a firestorm on hating choir music..... Doesn't matter if it's a black choir or a white choir, the music just isn't my style. As I've posted before, I tend to listen to more southern / country gospel, but even with that, I don't wanna hear the Cathedrals or such. I don't really like much contemporary either. Guess I'm weird. Currently, there's a blues gospel cd in my player- love me some wailing guitar. :thumbsup2:

And Seth cute? :o Oh, John! Newsman? Where are you? :biglaugh:

Yep.  That was actually the main choir I had in mind when I posting haha.  There MAY be 1 song I like by them.

Not liking extremely repetitive music does not have anything to do with liking/not like any certain kind of people.  It rather irritates me when those 2 VERY different thoughts get inferred together.

I wish I could do that with music Isaac.  There are some songs I would probably love if I could take out the 32 rounds of chorus.  But then again I think the euphoric release from physical exersion can be misinterpreted as the Holy Ghost also at times, in ignorance, and lead to such rollercoaster emotionalism that's manipulatable by music.  Yet music most definately plays a huge roll in facilitating worship, of which there is demonstrative liberty, so discernment is the only way to tell the difference.  Perhaps that is why I dislike the repetitiveness, it's rarely in line with the current flow of the Spirit.  God is always wanting us to go deeper, with or without music, so why sound like a broken record?  God doesn't.

I like all kinds of stuff, but I don't like repetiveness in whatever genre of music, some white music has it too, just with a different style.

One of my all time favorite albums is "Letting Go" by Anthony Evans.  I love his style and Nicole C. Mullen how she puts a highschool band sound in some of her songs.. so unique!  I also love an album called "Revival in Belfast" by Robin Mark.  I love all sorts of music, I am partial to IBC's songs.

Nice.

Well, I was gonna eat the leftover liver and onions for lunch. So I got a plate, placed the rice and spinich ever so carefully on it, and grabbed the container that had the liver in it. Opened it up...it was just gravy! Someone had stolen my liver! Turns out, mom ate it last night, but left the gravy and onions. :smirk2:

So, what did I do? I put the gravy on the rice and ate it without the liver. :sadbounce:

Next time, I'll make two packages. One just doesn't go very far when it's THAT good.

What a coincidence... I took Grandma to get her car AC fixed (well, took her home after she dropped her car off) and we went by a local restaurant to pick up a pan-fried chicken liver dinner.  Wanna share?

Carrots are good.  "Baby" carrots (ugly carrots that have been stripped down) are not good.

Carrots are good.  Cooked carrots leave much to be desired IMO.

Cooked carrots, as in cooked thoroughly, are not all that good.  If I'm cooking carrots I like them shredded and lightly steamed.  No honey, no butter, no nothing, and no overcooking.

Gone to work, ciao for now.

Nope. It comes frozen.

I get a pan with some flour, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and whatever else I toss in there and coat the liver in the mixture. Then fry it up in some hot oil in the frying pan. I don't cook it all the way done, I want it still bleeding when I take it out. After it's out, I dump the seasoned flour in the hot oil and brown it, then add hot water that I heated in the microwave with beef bullion in it. I add the water to the pan, and add onions to it. Then put the liver back in it, cover and simmer for about 20 mins.

SOOOO GOOD!

Well, lord, don't anybody share or anything.  :smirk2:

Already bunny sitting Bro. Weir's rabbit, so tonight I went and sat his sheep at church.

Came home, tended fowl, and such....

Most of my clothes are dirty, so I put them in the washer....either that or run naked...for the benefit of others, I opted for the laundry route.
