Went to church, came ho... oh wait, that's someone else's line.

Left my laptop in the sound booth so I'm stuck with using my music computer, running on a backup Linux install.  I miss my internet computer, mostly for the dedicated page forward/backward buttons.  No modern laptops have them.  When my old internet laptop finally dies I'm gonna be so sad.  :sadbounce:

Oh my, it's the BSR.


Went and brought granny down here to the cemetary to put flowers on....  I thought she was going to kill us both with ant spray....oh. my. gosh.  It was not enough to spray it on the vase inserts that she was going to take back home with her, because there were indeed ants in them....but she had to spray it allllllllll around the base of every stone and everywhere......  She was totally slap happy with it.

I didn't know if I was gonna have to call the Poison Control Center or not.  I think at this point I may live....not sure.

Yeah. Went to church, my song turned out ok. Everyone said I did great. God was REALLY movin today...Jimmy has blisters on his fingers from rocking out on the drums! It was awesome! After church we had a bit of excitement, some old guy with a walker (today was only the second time he has ever been) he tripped over a rug in the foyer and broke his leg. He was hauled away in the ambulance. Then I came home and warmed up the ribs and beans and we had a feast, then I promptly passed out and took a good nap.

Speaking of old people falling, grandma also fell on me at the graveyard....  Didn't get all the way down because she was next to a tombstone and kinda caught herself on/against it, and I got ahold of her....  I don't think we can sue her dead brother though.  :smirk2:

Keep the coons away from it then.  We had a robin nest in the corner of our porch until a coon had a late night snack out of the mother robin.

Seth...when is the last time you ever went anywhere out of town for vacation or a pleasure trip of some kind? And I don't mean going to make an egg drop, or bird purchase or a church meeting.

Just curious. It may go in the book.

Aside from something like going out of town to where James was preaching or something, which I haven't done in a long time....I guess probably when I went to see Nate & Heather last....which has been.....I don't know how long....about a few years or something?

 Arghh.... Back at work. And I've found a new toy online I must have. A 1911 style .22 caliber pistol. Really battling lust for it this morning. Wondering if Lou would notice it...... it looks just like my .45.
