In other news, my orders from amazon.com just came in and it's getting a bit crowded in here.  This is all stuff I've been needing to get for some time (the only completely frivolous purchase was the Torani mocha syrup,) but it's still a bit much.  Maybe I should have rented a warehouse before ordering all this.

Been a busy weekend! And my older brother is going to church every service now, and last night he got prayed for and said he ALMOST prayed back through! He hasn't been in church since '91 and this is amazing! :hyper:

I'm gonna make salmon patties for dinner tonight...I haven't made those in years! Gonna be amazing!

Fixing to go to the bank and WM. Gotta get some gift cards for some graduates.

On the topic of hugs: I would like to reiterate to Mel that I got a Chel hug on Saturday. :hypocrite:

Please note this is coming from Seth's queen.  He must be giving her lessons in cruelty.

Well I'm going to go to church and see if I can pull off one more sound board work-around, then go to work.  Ciao for now.

You noticed it before Chel did?  Come on Chel, get on the ball.  :P

Yes, the * dropped out when I went back to the job from whence we got laid off 2.5 years ago.  Work is no longer cussing.  :D

But my socks are not dry yet so I must remain for a bit.

I noticed it awhile ago. But he only says it when he is talking about his current job. That day he had to go back to McDs because of a looming inspection or something, he spelled it the other way...but only when he was talking about the McDs job.

Hi guys

My aunt Rachel is still in pain and they are still watching her and increasing her blood pressure to make sure everything's good.

It's been a long weekend but I wanted to share my Aunty's testimony because you all are a part of it, with your prayers.  Thank you.

My aunt had been having migraines for a few days and attributed it to spring allergies.   One evening she went to bed early and woke up sometime later telling my uncle that it was really bad.  Then she put both hands on her head and said she felt something POP and it felt like a band was around her brain.  My uncle immediately started praying and she said she couldn't hear him.  She got louder and said she couldn't hear anything!

So my uncle called for an ambulance and when they got her they said she had to be air lifted to Tulsa immediately.  They live in a neighboring town.  When they got to the hospital and got to checking her out, the bleeding had stopped. They assessed that if the bleeding had stopped, she wouldn't need surgery.

The Dr. said that roughly 10 out of 100 people have anuerisms.  That 1 out of that 10 survive.  That the amount is so small of those that aren't severly handicapped or at least in major physical therapy over months/years.  She was the only one on that nuero part of the hospital that was even cognitive.  She was the only one that didn't have to have sponge baths and help to the bathroom and what not.  You'da thunk she was just in there for an appendix removal or something.

The Dr.s/nurses just kept telling her how lucky she was, that it was such luck.... Yeah, we know better!  She is still in the hospital but is recooping and hanging in there on the blood pressure tests that make her head hurt.

Thank you Jesus! and you guys for being conduits. ☺

If it makes you feel better, the dentist said that tooth they pulled would've been a cavity.  I couldn't brush it well cause it was my top back tooth & it grew out and back.
