its not bad made into salad dressing. that or in V8 juice is about the only way i can take it lol

you can also put it in when you boil cabbage. gives it a really different taste but a good deal more bearable lol

if you go to the braggs website they have good recipes you can use it in to not have to drink it lol

I need to check into coconut oil here. I have seen it, but I bet it's cheaper in the market...

I used to do the apple cider vinegar. I need to go get another bottle at GNC and start again

Coconut oil is super expensive at the super market here. I still haven't found it anywhere else, though.

Went to the dr today. Even though I haven't lost any weight since last visit, She told me my A1C was down to 5.1 and my bp is now down. Now just get some weight loss in that mix. :)

Im hoping to get my A1C down that low Tricia!  My dr appt is tomorrow.  My bp is good now and Ive lost 55 lbs.   My A1C was 6.0 last time I had it checked.  PRAYING my cholesterol went down as well!

I have really bad family history but also have had horrible eating habits in the past.  You eat the way you are taught and I hope to break the cycle of heart disease and diabetes

I have set a goal that by March 1st to be down to 250 or less. Thats at least a 38 lb weight loss and be walking a mile a day at least 3 days a week.
I am getting to go later in the spring to Romania with a group from school to help for 2 weeks at an orphanage there. Can't wait. Want to be in better shape when its time to go
