Investigation on the Investigator?

 It comes to mind after veiwing older investigations and current in progress investigations, that our Chief Investigator keeps himself quiet busy keeping track of all the rumors, innuendos, and other assorted mischief that happens on this board. While this dedication is much appreciated, it begs the question- Have we, the members of this great board, left the fox guarding the henhouse? 

I humbly submit the following for your consideration. It is a well known fact that Sir John can be found lurking around various threads and usually appears after a lady has made comments.  It has also been said by far smarter people than I that the best defense is a great offense. It cannot be denied that Sir John stays on the offensive, quick to pounce on any comment or action. Example: Lady Jenn's  recent innocent beating of the Chicken King, Seth.

Being the Investigator means that he is more able to conceal or twist things to be most appropriate for his side of the story, whatever that may be. I observed that he has spent much time in the so called "Bob Controversy" , going so far as to proclaim himself "IBOB", which is my firm belief was an obvious effort to muddy the waters and keep any suspicon from falling upon him.

Finally, he was just observed HUGGING  Lady Mel in the sharing thread, not once, but twice, so tightly that she herself warned him of hugging her so tightly that her succulent goodness might run out.

All of this adds up to the fact that a closer inspection is needed of Sir John's motives and activities. I call upon my brother Bob (Yoop) to assist me in getting to the bottom of this insidious plot of Sir John's.  To paraphrase the Chief Investigator, "What say ye, board?"
