Actually I have gotten that comment from all over, ranging from Mississippi, to Texas, to New Mexico, California, Utah, Oregon, Colorado, and of course Oklahoma. 
But of course that remark has meant quite a few different things over the years, from wow- he's nice to wow- look at the idiot walking by!

Even had a woman try to pick me up when on duty at the hotel last week.   That was an interresting encounter. :smirk2:
