I like to talk, but I do value the quiet times. And nice quiet times with friends is special, and I value that... a LOT.

*HUGS* Grandmothers. I dont have any anymore. Only adopted ones. Hug yours extra for me today. I miss my grandparents. *sigh*

Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events.  Small minds discuss people.

Since several of you seem to be wondering about the silence thing... Hmmm, how should I put this? Ever loved somebody, and yet wished they'd be quiet for a while? *smile* Even 15 minutes of quiet can go a long ways toward making me feel more human after a long day at work. If I can have 15-30 minutes of quiet when I get home, then I'm usually fine to chatter all evening. If I don't get that, I find it hard to smile and be nice, and typically end up with a bad headache.  :smirk2:

Mel, I'd hug her for you, except that she's _totally_ not huggy. Nana is very huggy... but Grandma J isn't.

*Hugs* bosses who understand crazy schedules and show grace... over and over again.

If she WAS, she'd be tasting their carmel apple cider, whatever they call it.
