ive been up an down 4 the past few 2 yr's i have lost my best friend an life is hard i've been in church 4 like my whole an there is like kno reason 4 me 2 be there cuz i keep 2 myself maybe bc im in a wheelchair an i cant do alot of the church stuff

i understand, it is hard when you cant be involved. wish i had something to say that would encourage you but just mostly wanted to say i am praying for you and understand what it is like not being involved in church activities. i keep to myself most of the time as well

Just think of it this way. If you werent in a wheel chair would you still be attending church and worshipping and living for God? Or would you be out in the worldy scene? Think of that this way maybe its a blessing your in a wheel chair that way God knows your going to continue to worship and live for him.

you know i was going to just ignore this, but something in me wont let me.........

i know you meant this for encouragement, but honestly its one of the worst things a person can say to someone that is disabled.

this is why so many feel like God did something bad to them when they become sick or hurt. God does not put things on us to "force" us to live for him, or to "insure" we live for him.

more times than not, (and i say this from experience, since i was in a wheelchair for over three years) you are left out of church functions, and it makes living for God harder at times. you cant get to church like you would want, you cant go to the fellowships and other things that non-disabled members get to go to................

there are churches that have it handicapped accessible, but there are so many that dont.

some things are just a part of life, nothing more, nothing less. bad things happen to good people. the rain falls on the just as well as the unjust.

i can never see that God would want a person handicapped just to make sure they live for him. sorry, just my
