Everything has been slow for me too....I thought it was just my comp, which I'm fixing to kick through the wall...maybe it's not ALL just my comp then.  :smirk2:

MelodyB

My phone is being a bit slow too.

Weird...

We're going to have to alert the rationing board about Seth's overuse of that.

What causes the computer to give you an error window thingy that says, "Such and such a script is taking too long or not responding or something or other, click to keep running it or close it or whatever" in so many words?

Lynx

That covers a whole world of computer stuff... First, what program are you using that kicks out that error message?  Second, what are you trying to make it do?  Third, what else do you have running at the same time - are you bogging your computer down?  Fourth, do you have an antivirus/antispyware installed, or could viruses and spyware be bogging your computer down?

Either Firefox or Internet Explorer.  And usually just a browser open....may or may not be multiple tabs open on it.

Sometimes Yahoo email page kicks em out....sometimes Facebook...or etc. etc.

I did have Norton until the subscription expired and I didn't want to pay to renew again right now, so just yesterday I downloaded AVG.  When it ran it found 2 things and said both were corrected.

Today I've done a disk cleanup and defrag.

This could be caused by many things, sometimes it is simply an error in the java script on the webpage itself. When that happens there is nothing you can do about it.

In other news, I'm considering starting a white dove release business.  :smirk2:  (It's done with white homing pigeons, when you have them trained to know where home is, you can take them to wherever for weddings, funerals, whatever, and release them as part of a ceremony, and they just fly back home.)

MelodyB

What kind of milege do they have? Can you release them out of state and they make it back home?

Chseeads

Some of them yes.  Some of the ones particularly bred for racing can cover hundreds of miles.  Depends on the birds, I'm sure some are more adept at homing than others.

I looked at a few websites while ago and people that do the wedding releases and stuff seem to  tend to service a 50-60 mile radius generally.

SippinTea

I'm liking that idea, Cheese. :)

Absolutely gorgeous weather here today. Almost summer, but not quite. :)

Mama is home! Hurray! We missed her.

You'll have to get remarried so I can provide you with doves to release.  :P

Work was atrocious today.

On my day off yesterday I sat in my jammies and read all day. It was glorious.

Dreading my birthday. Not so much the getting older. Just the fact that they are generally terrible (examples: blown engines, walking in snow to work, getting fired, pneumonia, etc)

Tonight was a hard night at prayer. For some reason when I try to pray, all I do is sob for my poor Eboni.

Will it get easier?
