Don't mind her, she's just gagging at a gnat and swallowing a camel.

Howdy y'all.  Been a busy weekend.  I look like death warmed over.  For some reason when I haven't had enough sleep my face looks a lot older.  Oh well, maybe I can catch a nap before choir practice.

If you have never hung out in the kitchen with my pastor before, you really should.
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

Where is my true stinky-socked, tea-bagged beverage competitor? And what about my beloved, kissy-faced tree climber? Did cheese ball chop down his tree for the last time?  :cry2:

Are you referring to Tea and Brannon?  Or did I read too much into that?  :eyebrow:

Went to church, came home.  Had Bro. Roberts from Columbus preach, and play and sing.....I played and sung too, but not alone anyways.

I tarred.

Gotta tend fowl in a bit...finish what I didn't get done this morning.

I am so behind on everything I will never catch up.  :reaction:

Oh, and my cracked windshield is now cracking out from the original ding....the freezing and thawing crud is breaking it open....*sigh*  Need a new windshield.....

Will it never end!?!?!?!?!?  I've lost a lot of birds lately due to various issues, and a hawk taking some pigeons I think....... Everything just goes to POT when I am not able to take good care of it..... *screams*

Chseeads

And I have to make some holes in my belt today, because my pants WILL NOT stay up now....oh my.....

I have to get some new pants, that's one of the things that's been on my agenda....*sigh*  Maybe tomorrow, as much as I hate to....  But I need to go to the unemployment office to get some kind of form to turn in with this medical financial aid crud.....

I may try to go to Sanders to church tonight.  Maybe I can get a little pep from the Good Lord.  I was at church this morning obviously, but bless their hearts, everybody is slower than molasses.  Trying to sing my little rotten guts out and feel like I'm the only one in the room.  :smirk2:

Chseeads

Ugh, I'm over the dead and beat up birds.....Lord, lord......  If the Amish had built my shed addition it'd have helped some.....  *cries*

I feel like Job.

We had a death in our church family this morning. So I'm going to be a little emotionally bare for a few lines of this post. Seeing my pastor cry is one of the most heart breaking things for me. I'm not exceptionally close to him, but he is a great man a great great man, who touches a part of my soul every time he preaches. I listen intently to someone I consider a father, a strong man so close to God. So to see him emotional...I don't know how to explain it. I knew the man who was killed in a car accident early this morning. I wasn't close to him but losing any member of our church is always painful. So say a little prayer for his family. His wife passed away a few months ago from cancer...

Other than that, church was, well, amazing. I listened intently, cried when I prayed, and really felt moved. Which is something I've been a little struggling with lately...
I'm just me, round and bubbly like a lil honey bee!

Tea is alive last 'count I had.....  He just doesn't come out to play with us anymore hardly.  Brannon is good I think, but doesn't come to our haunts anymore hardly either.

Went to church at Sanders.  Came home.  Finished the fowl for the evening.

Cleaned up.  I'm tarred.

Lord.

Melody

Sorry to hear that Laci.

Fyi: you can bake a large lasagna in heavy bakeware (covered) for 4-6 hrs on 200° but not for 7+. Good lunch anyway.

Now sitting by a roaring fire. :)

Lynx

Care to share some of that lasagna anyway?

Hmmm...one of those you-know-supper-is-ready-when-the-smoke-alarm-goes-off occasions? *wink* Out of curiosity, was it a little more dry than you preferred or mushy like being left too long in a slow cooker? You've got me craving lasagna now.

I'll second the condolences, Laci. And Lord, Meller Yeller- You a "Madea" fan too?!? You and my wife would get along marvelously. Ain't figured out why when Tyler Perry dresses up like a woman, Lou thinks it's funny, but that one time I borrowed her shoes..... :o
