My neighbor used to count buzzards if she saw them circling.

One for sorrow
two for joy
3 for letters
4 for boys
5 for money
6 for gold
and 7 for the secret that has never been told.

What if there's 8?  Do you start over....and consider that to be one group of 7 for the secret never told, plus 1 for sorrow...lol
