Anytime I stick them back in, they come back out....ugh.  Hopefully she will be alright and they'll eventually retract and stay.

Went to church, came home.  Someone who doesn't go to our church was having a wedding and I was in the sound booth.  Didn't know anyone there, but they all seemed like nice folks.

Let's see what kind of mess I can make for lunch.

Baby Shower is over, it was the most adorable one I've ever been too.  It practically oozed with creative genius.  I wish I had all that talent!  It was fun too.

I got to meet the Turners, missionaries to Turkey.

I'm starving, and I don't have anything to snack on.  Guess I better start dinner.





FYI- the baby shower was a "cookies n creme" theme.  They used those iced coffee starbucks jars and they look like milk bottles when the label is scrubbed off.  It was so cute!  Just in case anyone is looking for party ideas.

Went to church, typed the bulletin, was going to vacuum the church...

That wedding they had today, apparently while they were setting up for it they vacuumed the whole (really big) sanctuary, foyer and halls.  All I had to do was the back halls and a couple of rooms.   :cool:

I've been on GP almost 6 yrs now. ☺  I don't know if that means I have no life or you all are that awesome.  You guys sure make me smile though and I enjoy all the discussions.  I've met a few people here, I've talked so some on the phone.  I'm thankful to be able to call Mel-Mel a real friend.. that I'm going to meet someday!

The 1st time I posted on GP, I had no idea really how forums work.  I thought random strangers just posted their thoughts in abstract conversations.  Um... that was a no.  I posted my opinion, thinking it was a great way to just jump in the mix.  Ha!  I'm not sure I've learned my lesson yet. 

I am WIDE awake.  :o  I thought I'd zonk out when I got off the phone but that iced carmel latte earlier today must have been stronger than I thought.

Oh and I have to get glasses.  Don't know why, my eyes worked the 1st 30 years enough, why break down now?
