Mel-Mel musta stole that line from Porky Pig.

Abbadee, abbadee, abbadee, ah that's all folks!

What you trying to say? :smirk2:

It's a job at a pharmacy. They have lots of Apostolics hired there, and the guy that owns it is also Apostolic. I went and put in an app. Talked to the owner a bit. He said he'd call me.

*crosses fingers*
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

Oh...the hours would the best part of the job. They only work 8-6 weekdays, 8-1 on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

PERFECT for my church schedule.

Ditto here.  Good day to fiddle with music, clean up my computer's desktop and generally putter around doing a lot of nothing and not much of anything.
"Do you sing at church?"
"Yes I sing at church, I sing at home, at work, in the car, at the supermarket, at Wal-Mart..."

Backseat Radio

pretty much what I'm doing... surfing the internet and listening to music.  I should get motivated and go move more stuff to my house.

Also a good day to think bad thoughts about shipping companies that shut down for holidays when they have MY package in transit.  A two day delivery is taking five and I'm waiting for my Vibram shoes.

I've cleaned the kitchen, and now I'm watchingthe Criminal Minds marathon.

Gonna have glandular meat and bulbed vegatables for dinner.

That is all.

They admitted an older man to the hospital today, seems he has been living on the streets for over a year now. He was severely dehydrated and sick with who knows what.

But it angered me to hear the nurses talking about him at the nurses desk. Said they wish the hospital would stop letting "those kind of people" be admitted here.

Breaks my heart. He is someones dad, son, husband, father. Could have been a soldier at some point in time. But society has decided he is worthless.

What little I heard him speak he sounded so broken, so wounded.

My sister and dad are trying to decide if they're gonna take mom back to the hospital to see if she can get something better for her pain from the shingles.  She feels like el-poopo.

I'm sorry, Barb.

When the most silent of our society hurt, we hurt, though many may not realize it.

Arghh.... Back at work. And I've found a new toy online I must have. A 1911 style .22 caliber pistol. Really battling lust for it this morning. Wondering if Lou would notice it...... it looks just like my .45.

Have a great day, everyone.  :waving:

My twin must have gone into hiding too.

I'm trying to move more stuff to my house and its hot and muggy outside.

T'wouldn't do any good John.  Mrs. Five-Oh never shows up.  All we got was that one spate of activity and then silence.  I think five oh got scared she might see some of the things he has said on the forum so he locked the computer up.
