Did you know I was asleep when you called me last night?

Did I say anything stupid? Cause I cant remember. LOL
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

sunlight

BOL! I was wondering! that was funny! haha! :halo:
I should call you when you are asleep more often... you just so calmly answered all the questions i was asking... I wonder what would happen next time if i did that and asked you a few questions about... *cough* some other things...

MelodyB

LOL

I vaguely remember that you asked me about some dates, and then you said something about concerts. I was confused for a min, but I figured it out even while half asleep. I hope I gave you the info you needed. Haha.

When the phone rang, I looked at it, saw your name, and I ALMOST didnt answer cause I was sleeping, then a light come on in my head, and I was like CHEL!!!!! I HAVE TO ANSWER!! Then when you were all calm and stuff, I was like SHOOT! Go back to sleep.

I thought you MIGHT have some kind of news to tell me. :freaky2: ;)

 not concerning what she was asking about. lol.

MelodyB

In a way I am glad. I would hate to think I would get a call from you about that...although, a call from you is better than none at all on the matter. LOL

I would just hope that the subject would call me themselves. And they promised me that they would, when the need arises. :freaky2:

Clear as mud right? But I KNOW you know what I am talking about. Hehe.

Lady Chel,

How well did you enjoy your most recent trip to Guatemala? How does it compare with your previous trips?

John  :waving:

sunlight

It was a whole lot more of an adventure, the people were a whole different culture, and the workers were a totally different brand of crew.

There was a lot more downtime, for one reason or the other, and it was just very different. I could tell I was covered by God this trip. I really enjoyed the peace.

Sis

How come you're not posting so much anymore?  We miss you!

sunlight

 because the geepers have changed.

Because there are some things that are of different priority now.

Because I am no longer addicted to technology like i used to be.

And so many more because's.

The Purple Fuzzy

The bad thing about her not being online as much is... I miss her.  That was the only way that I felt connected to her since she's gone so much. :(

sunlight

wow... where do you want me to start?

I went to see Mel, and met some cool friends on the way
Got homemade chocolate milk
Got stopped by a traffic officer for nothing
rode an airboat on water, and on land!
made about 179 new friends
got healed of some things i have been praying about for a long time
paid off half a car
learned how to change brakes on my car
watched 3 of my best friends get engaged
took amazing pictures of the moon, and other night exposure things
went back to guatemala
added to my huge testimony  of the things God has done for me/ kept me safe from
was inside a building struck by lightning
swam in an ocean
went monkey hunting
sat under a tree in a cemetery and thought
ate thai food for the first time
had a few other firsts i dont care to mention on here. but were non-the-less-very-interesting
laughed so hard it hurt so bad i had to sit on the floor and hold my sides
talked to someone in another country on the phone
learned a lot more about myself, and what it is i am looking for in a relationship
worked 9- 13 hr days in a 10 day stretch...
got a bouquet of roses

and so very much more that i did this summer that was so interesting!
  :attackhug: Be full of hugs!

SippinTea

And who were the roses from, eh? :eyebrow: Your fan club wants to know... :freaky2:

JoyGirl

WOW!  You are a blessed lady.....

What was the best experience when you were in Guatemala?

sunlight

the peace that came with knowing that God was in control, of not just what was going on, but the little (err, big!) things like the weather, and where the lightning struck, and just how high the waves of the boat ride were on the way there and the way back... IT was awesome!

Are you excited about meeting us in Guatemala this time?
