Becca, I keep Ginger ale around just for times like that. It's the ginger that helps. Some docs say it doesn't have enough ginger to help but it helps ME!  I used to think that it was just clear pop that helped, but when I tried 7 UP, it never worked. Only the ginger ale.

Exactly.  Evidently the  :pound: (and meds) helped.  Cuz the headache was mostly gone when I woke up.  It's now all the way gone.  :)
