With any size the goal should be staying healthy, not so much worrying about the number on the scale.

Another loose weight/stay healthy tip that I'm in the process of acting on myself- get a pair of shoes that fits well and are comfortable.  If your shoes hurt your feet, your not real likely to get out and excercise.

I actually do NOT like coconut, but if you cook them well enough, it doesn't even taste like coconut!  It's amazing!  And I made them once with about half the coconut, and it was awesome!  I've thought several times about putting in crushed walnuts in place of the coconut.  I think it would work.

Especially if they're browned just a little bit more than you'd think they should be.
UGH.  I can't believe how few of the whole batch I have on the plate to take to the church tomorrow.  Thankfully, I have a double batch of brownies to supplement.
