I cooked and ate my dinner. It was YUMMY! I had cube steak with onions and peppers, and mashed taters and corn.

I also got some cottage cheese and fruit cocktail at the store earlier.
Have you slapped that one dude from Indiana with a pie in the face today?

It WAS REALLY yummy.

First real meal I have had hear at home in a long time. And I have some leftover for lunch tomorrow!!

Yeah, Mel.

I didn't feel a HUGE change, but I do know that I wasn't totally exhausted when I got off work, and my body didn't shut down on me, requiring me to take a nap this afternoon.  My "naps" usually turn into 2-3 hour events.

Hee hee!  Glad you listened to me. I had some for lunch. The triple cherry fruit coctail from Wally World was sooo yummy and inexpensive.
