We've been ok.

We had such an awesome day just her and I and our friend. It's been so hectic lately with some things going on that I haven't had much time to spend with her and she was really missing me. So, we really made up for it yesterday!!

well, folks....................It's time I finally update some pics over here.  Kaitlynn (my oldest) started kindergarten yesterday.  She is an october birthday, so had to wait until this year to start school.  (so, she'll soon be 6).  Maybe this will be an "advantage" to her...............I don't know yet.  She LOVED school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  she did awesome.  And Mommy didn't even cry!!!!!

Kaitlynn and her new teacher, Mrs. Meadows.  She seems like a VERY nice lady!!!!!  She was VERY understanding when I talked to her a few days before school started (I was still sick and my mind was SO confused--I was acting drunk--but wasn't of course!!)  I also explained Kaitlynn will ALWAYS be wearing dresses and have long hair and to let me know if Kaitlynn is showing her "undies" too much on the playground so that I can get her some bloomers or something for under her skirts.



Kaitlynn did GREAT her first day!!  I hope that she continues to do well!!!  There are 18 in her class!!!!

Kaitlynn is LOVING Kindergarten!!!!!!   She absolutely LOVES it!!!!!!!!

Hannah starts pre-K in a couple of weeks.  She'll still just go 2 1/2 hours 3 days a week.

Why do they always make kids' sleeves too long!?

I know..........that drives me crazy too!!!  LOL

I usually try and roll their sleeves up a bit, but forgot before I took pictures.  In our church, everyone is "supposed" to wear long sleeves and it is HARD finding nice, cute, modest dresses for girls with long sleeves.  If it was early summer, I'd just cut the sleeve off just past the elbow and hem it, but it's almost fall, so they'll need the warmth before long!
