Help Wanted : Webmaster

so, it's come to my attention that all serious writers have a website. 

however, as serious of a writer as i may be and as creative as i have been known to be, i know NOTHING about creating a webpage and i'm a little daunted.

so, i'm wondering if there is a creative sort out there who would like to help me design a website for the promulgation of my writing.  i would need at least one external link to ninetyandnine.com.  pages for poetry, prose, short story, essay and . . .i don't know what else.  i need a picture of me on it and contact information.  somewhere i'll need references and critic comments.

what i really don't want is for someone to send me to a site to build it myself.  or someone to refer me to a book.  i don't have the time and the learning of it will overwhelm me and i won't do it. 

i really would like someone to set it up and ask me for creative fine tuning.

any takers? 

i can't promise pay at this point, but if i start to sell my work, which is the goal, then i could pay out of that.
