I am having a computer "issue".

Whenever I click on something that requires a second window to pop up (such as my online banking, or I click on someone's web site from here) it LOCKS my computer up!!  It's like my computer just freezes and I have to hit CNTL+ALT+DEL and exit the internet and then come back on.

Anyone know what I could have done to it?  I am NOT a computer genious.......so I do need some help!!

I rebooted my puter and it fixed it!!!
